Great hotel, good customer service, some foods are tasty

As always, it is a pleasure staying at Acacia Hotel -- front desk transaction was a breeze, staff accommodating, and rooms excellent value-for-money.
Special thanks and appreciation to Ms. Agot Serrano for always being extremely accommodating and efficient as always.

Im not sure if shower in swimming area has hot settings. I cant seem to get a warm shower whichever way I turn the knob.

The location is fantastic. Fastfood, restaurants, Supermarkets, Malls are within safe walking distance. But there are 2 main problems with Acacia.
1 is their buffet venue is small. On my 2nd day, I was seated at the lobby for breakfast since the area is full. Not that big of a deal until you notice that food prepared at the lobby lacks choices compared to what is served at the buffet venue itself. (lobby is at the g/f while buffet venue is on the 2nd floor)
2 is you have to really check your room. I booked my two night stay for a king sized bed but ended up with two single beds pushed together to make it look like a king size bed. I woke up in the middle of the night to a bed that has a gap in the middle.

If guests paid for a king size bed, a 5 star hotel shouldn't substitute it with 2 single beds pushed together. I was told by their housekeeping that this is a common practice with Acacia if room is not available.

Staff was courteous and prompt. Everything is clean. Loved our room.

The buffet is really good tasty food. But compared to vikings the options here is fewer. For the ambiance it's also okay

The services during our event is excellent! Staff were very attentive to our needs during the event the only comment I have is for the rooms, our family did not get enough good sleep as the aircon temp is hot and can no longer be adjusted to make it cool.. Seems like the centralized function is not enough to cover the size of the room.

Every experience i had at acacia hotel is excellent. We always book acacia for our big event / conferences and i also choose acacia for a weekend staycation because i really feel comfortable and satisfied with the services. Whenever i lay down on the bed it's always hard to get up, it's like the bed is hugging me haha!

I just want to note that our time to stay is decreased/limited by your time schedule of check in at 3 PM and time to check out at 11 AM. This means that we have stayed in the room for only 20 hours. Is it not supposed to be for 24 hours? Considering the amount we paid and we need more to relax we are shortchanged by 4 hours.

The biggest problem I find when we stay at Acacia is balancing the temperature in the room, and yes I am aware that there is a finite time taken from adjusting the thermostat to the room coming to the new temperature, but even only changing by 0.5 deg C it can feel either too hot or too cold. This maybe a function of central air-con, but seems to be more problematic here

I like the ambiance the food is freat the staff are hospitable.

I haven't yet stayed here, but I have visited here twice for dinner. I find the the hotel beautiful and trendy. I particularly appreciate the service and ambiance of Acaci, their restaurant/cafe. Dining is a nice and relaxing experience even if there were other diners and the place was almost full. Staff are pleasant and attentive. I almost never had to wave to them to request something; they seem to anticipate my needs. I look forward to actually spending a short staycation here sometime soon.

This is a popular spot for Manila southies. Had the chance to celebrate events here and the place matches the larger hotel chains. It strikes a good balance of elegant, casual, and relaxed; which made it endearing to its patrons. It just has a different vibe from other hotels- it just feels chill

Awesome hotel. Very quaint and staff are friendly. I was there to attend the launching of CheckApp, an HMO mobile app and the place is grand with good food and spacious is event place.
It is very accessible coming from makati and other places with good parking too.
I love the look and feel of the hotel too.

1) The room was very dark even when all lights are turned on. 2) There were only 4 hangers; when I asked for more, they could ONLY give me 5 more plastic ones. 3) Nobody answered the phone at 11:20pm in house keeping and even lobby. 4) There were no hand towels; I asked for them and they delivered. But I had to ask everyday. Whoever made up the room should have replaced what I had.

great location, wide variety of food in buffet, nice and courteous staff. very comfortable bed, pillow and blanket - excellent sleep.

Woke up with a lot of bed bug bites from the bed. Ew. I also noted that feedback on the form I handed out upon check-out. Breakfast was so-so. Few selections for a high-rated hotel. Also found a shoe mark on the sheets. Can t say anything bad about the staff. Outside local call was PHP 15. I mean, why would you charge a local call? I just don t think the overall price is worth it.

When extending, i hooe you can give companies corporate rates for CEO's..

I was upgraded that time, it was a good room. This time my room is jointly with an other one & my neighbor were noisy until 2.30 am.

I would like to express my thanks on making our anniversary stay as memorable as possible. We appreciate the little something the staff has coined in for us, the balloons and the room set up, and the latter part of the day, there's more, a delicious cake, which was too beautifully presented we don't wanna eat it!

Jean Cabrera was attentive and accommodating with my requests. The rooms were awesome. Staff were very accommodating. Some glitches like a welcome signage in the rooms were for a different guest and the check-out was longer than usual because of some confusion in the charges for the breakfast. Glitches but negligible and forgivable. Will surely come back. Thank you, Acacia!!

I work there as ojt, they have the best head chef and amazing coalleagues

i reserved 2 rooms. our stay is good my family enjoyed it... but the swimming pool is not available during our stay due to renovation all of us are looking forward to swim, we even brought swimsuits with us. this is one of the reasons why i chose this hotel but I did not get any compensation for this. I also requested interconnecting rooms but it was not available, but it was ok since i got our rooms on the same floor. The buffet breakfast is Ok, but it is not worth it if u are going to pay for it separately, it is included in the room rate I reserved. im still giving it a good survey despite some things that didnt go my way...

Everything was great. Suggesting to develop buffet area for a more enjoyable breakfast with less hassle.

Breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of choices.

The hotel is very nice, and in a location that is walkable to the malls. I would give the hotel itself higher score, but the breakfast area is too small, very crowded, and the layout very poor. The food selection was just OK, and charging extra for a latte is a crime

The service was not that efficient. What would have been a 1 hour dinner became 2hrs! Food was not good either...sorry, im rating them 2 stars!

Its is was the first time that we have sleep easily and very comfy together as a family. My wife ,specially my 2nd baby loves to lay on the bed and have untroubled sleep all thru the night with no wee hours (GOOD FOR US)... pure complete body and mind rest...Difficult to find a hotel like ACACIA...

Nice building, modern rooms etc. Terrible A/C, very hot in the building, washroom also smells of bad plumbing.

The excellent place for conference and meeting together with our friends.

I think we have called the operator about the bathtub that it was draining really fast - which drained all the bath salts that we put in. Also, the wifi wasn't as fast - it was intermittent. Nonetheless, I think that my whole experience was great.

We had a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location of hotel is very accessible to different malls and grocery stores. Hotel employees are are very accommodating, check-in & out is hassle free, they will always smile and greet you. Food is great as well. We will definitely book here again!

it is our 3rd time of stay in Acacia. At first we were so delighted. at second yes, we're still happy. But for the 3rd time, we don't feel extra special anymore. The food is still the same as for the 1st and 2nd time. Nothing special on the buffet menu. I might say the check in process is fast. the valet service is good as well. We might come and visit soon.. if there's any promotional that suit for us. I hope there is something special for the regular guests that will excites us to come back. But more Power Acacia! You are still one of our favorite hotels. <3

Very good hotel, clean and good location with acceptable rate. Need formal clothes just to have breakfast.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are big and clean and location is great, near three malls if you like shopping.

- room was non-smoking but it smelled like cigarette smoke.
- aircon in the room kept shutting off.
- excellent front desk service for checking in and checking out.
- bills for checking out should be more detailed, ie which room got room service
- breakfast buffet quality declined in quality compared to previous stays in acacia

Hotel made a mistake on my bill which I had my colleague to pay the difference but hotel charged to my credit card without my approval. This needs to be addressed.

Spacious room, super comfy bed and great food...it was a very good staycation!

The lobby is welcoming beautifully decorated. Delicious dinner buffet and excellent service by the staff who catered to our requests. We had lamb, roast pork, and requested grilled squid, buttered shrimps and salmon sashimi. The buffet staff, especially the floor chef, was excellent.

This hotel is highly recommended for travelers like me who's looking for cozy place to have relaxation and family bonding.

Food selection for breakfast is limited at the same time chair arrangement is to crowded...........

Second stay:
The second stay was overall good as well. However, when requesting dinner to my room and a massage both had a delay. Yet both was Good. Further I requested a hot bath upon arrival with red roses and such. Yet I mailed them my delay about one hour before arriving the water was cold as I arrived. After two more requests they luckily set up the bathroom again.

First stay:
I have enjoyed the whole stay at the Hotel. Friendly people, fast check in, clean rooms, each evening guests have received a sweet snack. Nightdesks allows to inform the charwomen to clean the room not yet. E.g. if you sleep late. At one evening I have been to a restaurant by the Hotel and the food was good plus they offered various & tasty dishes.

Location and shuttle services, yet consider it's on roads that jams badly, so give your self a good time buffer

ROOM - I had the perfect room because of the perfect view during day and night. But I don't link the lighting, it felt so dark at night, especially I have my 2 kids with me so I need plenty of light.

SERVICES - Almost perfect. If I may suggest, welcome drinks should be also brought or delivered inside the rooms. There was no time for us to get the drink, we went straight up to the hotel room because of our bags.

We arrived before 2 pm and was informed that the room assigned to us is still being cleaned and we're asked to wait for 15-20 minutes. It was fine with us since check-in is not until 3pm. After 30 minutes, we asked again if the room is already available but was told that cleaning is not yet done. We patiently waited but we became so frustrated when it was already 3pm and we are still not provided with a room. They kept saying that it is still being cleaned or checked. It was only after when my husband already became so irate and asked why the cleaning is taking so much time when we were given a room. We also noted that we are not the only ones who had the same experience. A guest even commented that the room will not be provided if you don't get angry. We also had an issue with the breakfast buffet. We were seated on a table for 6 but we only occupied 3 seats. We were asked if it's okay to share it with others and we agreed because it looks like we have no choice. Sharing the table is really not an issue for us but the fact that we had to share because the place is so packed is quite annoying. We confirmed this when we got out of the breakfast area and found a very long line of people wanting to eat breakfast. I guess there is really an issue with managing the number of guests.

My only accommodation while in Manila. Friendly staffs and makes me feel like at home.

The most considered factor is the location. Just 20mins only from NAIA . A walking distance to the malls especially to Alabang Town Centre Malls where you can get halal food. Surrounding area is peaceful as I guess it is located in the elite residential area.

Beds and other facilities are ok. But the bathroom is very narrow. If you move a little, the toilet paper next to it falls. And toilet paper is so thin that absurd things can happen. I want you to provide some quality toilet paper. Breakfast is good and the quality is good. I feel caring for my customers. If it improves a little, it seems to be a five-star hotel
