When looking to purchase a new insurance plan last year working with Stephanie was great. She was very friendly, helpful and made sure my needs were met. However, after having a policy in force that attitude and helpfulness quickly went away. Anytime I called her with a question she was very condescending, made no attempt to help and only advised that I look online or call a 1-800 number. She acted like I was wasting her time and was always quick to try to pass me off to another source. This was after being a client for over a year. When using an agent I expect great customer service the entire time I'm a client, not just when signing up. For that reason, I would not recommend for future use.

Upon approaching my 65th birthday I was overwhelmed with insurance company mailings, on-line advertisements and CMS postings. I thought I could navigate the waters to enroll in Medicare and select my medical and pharmaceutical supplemental insurance policies. Stephanie was really friendly and professional. She gave me a fantastic amount of information to work with when I was making a scary, important decision about my health insurance. Even though one of my options was going to get her paid and the other was not, she recommended the option that did not benefit her because it was the lowest out of pocket cost for me.
In comparison, during the same time span, another insurance broker I had called but hadn t heard back from finally got in touch.
