Pretty nice gym! Nice variety of specialized equipment that you don't find at all other gyms.
They have many different classes to choose from and not one is the same. The instructors really motivate you and encourage you to give it your all in every work out.
Great classes and the owner is also a coach there. Very informative, very knowledgeable, and responds to want questions pretty quickly. Facilities are practically spotless and there's plenty of spacing if your have concerns about covid. All in all its an excellent workout experience. I'll continue training there as long as I live in the area...

Friendly neighborhood gym! My favorite place to lift in Houston. I always feel very welcome visiting here. The place is super clean, has a great variety of equipment, and never feels too crowded.
