Great classes and the owner is also a coach there. Very informative, very knowledgeable, and responds to want questions pretty quickly. Facilities are practically spotless and there's plenty of spacing if your have concerns about covid. All in all its an excellent workout experience. I'll continue training there as long as I live in the area...
