No more poker rooms. American Roulette and must place bets before Dealer spin, won at Crops although floor guy tried to say I didn't know how to play but promotion card earn a chance for car, which I likely won't win

The casino is a bit run down. It feels "old" when you walk in. Staff is polite, the restaurant is not what you expect in a casino. Traditional casino restaurants have excellent food, at low price with top notch service, this one is blah, nothing special, prices equal to any other restaurant, service from staff, menu choices, quality of the food, are 3/5 at best

The customers and staffs make you feel like oh don wana stay here longer..

First time here and I was refused to go in because I carry a backpack....

I was a volunteer at the casino, I had a great time earning money for our charity! The security staff and casino staff are all very friendly and lots of fun (there's even a super cute guard). Service in the restaurant took a long time but we may have been treated differently because we were volunteers and there was an auto gratuity on our bill. All in all, nice casino!

Nice place to go once in a while for entertainment. Not very huge but you will enjoy it.

Excellent Covid 19 discipline. Mostly clean . LOTS of Slot machines. Food service is still crippled by Covid everything is available. If u need a hit of gambling during Covid 19, Pure would b a good choice.

My favorite casino in Calgary. Only problem is the heat. Always feel like I'm being cooked.

Not too many drunks in the place which is nice. Would have like mugs for coffee because coffee gets cold too fast. Most everyone was friendly except for the day time barmaid behind bar counter. She ran me over to see the hail outside which they was no reason for it. She was on duty and not to stand at the front doors looking at the weather.

I'm not much of a gambler but from the casinos I've been to this is on the lower end, its nice and has lots of games but I find it kind of cramped compared to other more open concept type places ive been to.. still nice place and great service

A great location for those that like action. This is said to be the busiest casino in Calgary and I can say the tables where going right up until the 3am cutoff.

Food was okay. The spinach salad was delicious but the stir fry was very dry and no flavor. Perhaps they forgot to add their homemade teriyaki sauce.

My wife and I were playing the slots and we hit a bonus on the highest bet than shortly after we hit it again and the machine locked up and called for an attendant. the casino gave us half of what we actually won. I would highly suggest people AVOID going to this GARBAGE casino.

Food is bad. i mean so awful.
they need better choices i dont know how many times they get complaints about there food.!
i always order food from here just because its sooo close to my work place. You cant even order the food over the telephone because they cant pick up!!! and they are super slow!!!! Servers are great in the restaurant not the bar!!!!

The supervisor at the restaurant needs to be more respectful. no wonder they lose so much business!

change your menu like the other casino!! cant you steal the other casino menus? they are wayyyy better then this casino

Plenty of casino slots, VLTs, Electronic Roulette with table games. High limit rooms available. One craps table located centrally in the casino, by the back entrance. Soft drinks are $3.75 with unlimited free refills. Lineups at the bars are long and you will need to be patient. Otherwise, order drinks from the servers walking around.

As I mostly play craps, dealers are competent, with some younger dealers still a bit inexperienced, but the boxperson/table supervisors ensure payouts are accurate. Was impressed that when I did return the table supervisor remembered my name. Entire casino is non-smoking, with a smoking "booth" outside the front main doors.

Haven't tried any restaurant options or attended during any special events yet. Will update my review if I check either of those options.

Pretty decent casino ... our poor waitress in the restaurant was by herself and it was pretty busy. I felt bad for her she did her best though. Other than that everything was good!

Always enjoyed this casino since I was 18.

The bar is a bit of a joke. After trying to order a number of different drinks which they either didn t have, or no longer make, most of my group opted for the house wine (water.) We felt really bad for the servers.

An unconventional venue for breakfast, but the omlette was actually pretty good (and the bacon and eggs special is also a good deal too). The restaurant area was recently renovated and looks nice, while the new Meridian Central room also looked pretty cute with the random arcade games.

The slots were plentiful but as always, your mileage (read: odds, winnings) may vary.

The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. the service great and the staff helpful.

Enjoyed an inexpensive breakfast with great service. They have a breakfast special before 11 am.

The casino was alright, but I like good dollar machines to make your money fast and there wasn't any good money makers there. So needless to say had fun but no big money.
Going back. Gonna take their money this time!!

Fun. Seldomly pays out. Staff friendliness is hit or miss. Would go back. Craps table staff consistently helpful and friendly.

Lots and lots of machines, big area with multiple bars. Probably one of the Top 3 casino's in town. The restaurant can probably use a few more items on the menu. Good food can attract alot of customers like Cash Casino does.

It's a good place to come and try your luck friendly staff good service clean establishment if you're into playing video Lottery machines gambling of any sort cards dice it's a good place to come recommend it to all that have that extra bit of cash take the chance and maybe strike a big 300 when you $20,000 more if you're in the Calgary area I recommend this casino to everyone
