avoid a lot of their products are cheap chinese knock offs thats why their prices are so low .......

I strongly advise you to avoid this company. We were trying out new suppliers and made several orders from this company over the course of a week or two.

However there were serious issues with two out of three of the order on closer inspection. Most galling is that their salesman lie (oh sorry what they call a "misunderstanding") through their teeth

If you must deal with them you really need to get everything in writing and carefully check each invoice and delivery. Do not trust what their salesman say on phone

Anyway here are the problems we had

- late delivery. Salesman assured would get out same day but two orders were sent out day after (one of which I cancelled when I found out)

- incorrect invoices. Agreed free delivery but charged on invoice ("a misunderstanding")

- incorrect quantities. Salesman assured said had all items in stock and we we paid him for delivery on this basis but surprise surprise were short of stock on some items and sent following week

I am still waiting for a refund from my last cancelled order .......

Good quality disc printing and they're happy to do small quantities too. Not the usual minimum 50 of a lot of similar services.
