Amazing place. Very classy, overall a real good time

Clean, staff is very friendly and all sorts of tables n slots available.

Not a best of good luck results on slots like other places, but the atmosphere, especially the employees mainly security and the cleaners have provided the best clean and safe haven for us gamblers in overall comparison of other establishments, no matter how ticked I can be sometimes from losing lol Great Environment

Small casino not that well kept convenient location

When playing at this casino you are taking your life in your own hands. Very dangerous people go there who have no respect for the law. They will tretten you and the squrity of this place is useless. They wouldn't do anything Evan if someone swings his fist at you. So be aware.

It's a nice facility but we dealt with 5 or 6 different staffers whilst there and not one was remotely polite. Unfortunate.

As a follower of both your website and Facebook casino page, I am have great disappointment in the actions of your social media team, you keep showing how easy it is and celebrating great big wins, you are aware that we are in a recession are you not? You should practice what the AGLC preach with the "Know your limit, Stay within your limit" - tonight for example you show a $21K jackpot win which you commented "Would buy a lot of margarita's" - What you fail to mention is that the person playing and winning was playing $125 a spin. This is incredibly naive on your part and you are giving the impression that a win like $21K is easy. You should be ashamed of yourselves, you are being deceitful to the Calgary public and I would ask why you are promoting wins when the amount staked ($125) is a ridiculous amount to gamble in this present environment.
I don't expect a response, just stop this silly promoting of silly wagers.
I will be informing the AGLC of this also.

Prices are ok especially the special lunch of the day even their breakfast is reasonably priced before 11am. Mostly friendly and depend where you sit yiu ger pretty timely service. Don't be alarmed by the front door temperature checker, you have to take your mask down, he points the gun like thermometer at your face and your done with him

Mediocre food, noisy place if you aren't there to play slots or tables.

Competitive prices, good breakfast special. Sunday service needs to add one more server otherwise service will suffer quality deficiency.

Beware they rip you off on the exchange rate .... they don't even allow you to buy it back do you get ripped off twice, dicustinb unethical scam.

Everyone that I know that visits this casino has noticed that the slots are extremely tight at all times of the day or night, I guess they need to make more money to pay for the lovely new restaurant and bar. Restaurant food was very good, presented well, but prices have gone way up.

I like this casino but is far from my end of town do don't get up there much. They have a good variety of games.

The slots here have to be set as tight as a casino can legally set them. Run from this casino to one that might not be as tight. Considering slots would appear to be their main business they don't reward players here. Also, check through the reviews carefully. You can see yourself how "local guides" give 5 or 4 star reviews greatly messing with the true rating it should have from typical customer reviews. Most average customers like the food and parking and that's not saying much. Should have terrific food considering the money they must be raking in here.

This place is dated and the serving staff, most days, are non existent . If you do happen to win at this low payout(slots) casino I hope you have a fresh drink in hand and don't need to go to the bathroom because you'll be sitting staring at your slot machine for what seems like an eternity waiting for someone to come over and pay you!!

Won a little bit of money here was a really good time

They need too ask people not to sit at games when not being played due to boxing on tv. All most got into a fight when asked to play a game because the guy wanted me to sit with him.

this casino has no texas holdem poker table. You won't be win and lost for often with the machines. Better before you enter here you must to think about the gumbling responsibly...

Went there for a good time. This place is garbage. I thought the staff was very unprofessional and very easily agitated like a child. I had one of their staff members at the cash cage call me a foreigner. Racist white people. I will be reporting to B.B.B. I was totally humiliated even by security. You would be better off at Grey Eagle. These guys are parasites.

I've never been here to actually gamble, but as a volunteer. The food is pretty good, especially the sushi house. The sushi chef clearly takes pride in his work. It's a very clean casino, and usually not too busy.

We had a great time. I drank coffee chatting with the girls, while Hubby and friend played the machines.

My wife and I have been playing slots at your location for a couple years and eat in the restaurant regularaly and Susan is one of the best waitresses we have come apon ...great food and great service

It's ok. It's located in a sketchy, industrial post of the city... at least it seemed that way at night. It's small and I didn't notice any table games.

Don't try to eat after 8pm cause you'll be sitting waiting for Service. We have waited 15 mins and not one waitress or waiter realized we were even there. The cart lady is good if your a man she can flirt with...and women usually get ignored by her. And that's not just my opinion. So we have chose to take our business elsewhere.

Stopped by with some friends to check out the new poker room and grab some breakfast. Nice, clean casino.

Not big on casinos and this one was just okay, some positives and some negatives.

Staff are polite and personable, particularly the dealers, and a free coat check is also a nice plus. Drink prices are reasonable considering quality of product.

On the other hand, it is quite dated inside and the bartender on shift for our group on my most recent visit was having difficulty managing the large size and frequency of our orders, and product knowledge was obviously lacking (she did not know what bourbon was nor what the wine selections are)

As another reviewer alluded, there is reason to suspect collusion amongst regulars in the poker room - more than once I saw suspicious folds by players in a strong position after the flop to players who ended up winning the hand with extremely lucky hands (such as an 8 over 2 full house or a low straight. I stuck to bonus poker last time for this reason. Players and the dealer at the bonus poker tables were kind enough to help with understanding the rules which were slightly varied compared to what I was used to.

I wouldn t object to returning, but it wouldn t be my first choice.

We always have a great time here! This time I think the construction put a bit of a damper on this trip. Oh well. We will be back soon!
