Blur works great with Safari. It can be turned on and off, customized. and is much more secure than storing passwords or personal info in iCloud or in keychain. In addition, tech support is very responsive. Also, there is a no tracking feature that may be turned on or off at will. I appreciate controlling which websites may track me.
I can't live without this extension. Works well on both FIREFOX and CHROME, and their support staff is lighting quick to answer questions. Love it!
I've been using MaskeMe/Blur for several years.
I couldn't access my old disposable emails and passwords on an old login website they had.
I got in touch with a representative called "Lisnel' who walked me through the process of accessing the old disposable emails and passwords.
Lisnel was patient and explained the process end to end thoroughly. I give Lisnel 6 stars out of 5 that's how great their service was.
As for the product. It's come a long way since the MaskMe days. I completely endorse the updated version now called Blur. I have installed it on my PC, tablet and smartphone and it works like a treat.

I absolutely LOVE the Blur/Abine service. I have found that doing on-line business with a new company really saves a LOT of headaches with the masked card. I recently bought from a company that automatically charges your card for a membership fee even after filling out their online form that you do not want to become a member. I can't imagine NOT having the Abine service --- thank you so much :-)

Great service, amazing tech support. Couldn't ask for more from a vendor. Using Blur allows me to create email addresses as needed, track where SPAM is coming from and act accordingly. The masked credit card feature is my go-to resource for one-time transactions. Frankly, I couldn't be happier or more appreciative of the services they offer. Abine/Blur has been part of my daily life on line for at least two years and I have yet to have a problem that wasn't of my own making.
Their Blur chrome extension is rather nice, I have however only used their Masked Email service which has worked very well so far and has only had minor issues which were solved very quickly.

I LOVE (cannot emphasize enough) Abine Blur. Their privacy service truly is a one-stop-shop for all things privacy. Blur is an extremely secure password manager, so it automatically remembers and signs me into all of my (200+) online accounts when I visit those websites. OMG do not get me started about Blur Masked Cards. Masked Cards are a LIFE SAVER, coming from someone who has had multiple stints with fraudulent charges on credit cards. Abine comes highly-recommended from this online-privacy advocate, and Blur should be THE ONLY tool that you use when browsing online to ensure privacy/ security. I LOVE ABINE AND BLUR!!!!

Blur is really good product, to mask your presence in the network, and a secure place to store your passwords or creating alter e-mails which forwarding an e-mails to your real mailbox (with option to switch that out whenever you want). I talked also a few times with a nice peoples in support. if something going wrong, they always are ready to help , without difference, is this your fault, someone elses, your equipment or simply your distraction - doesnt matter, are you premium user, or free... in most cases they are able to help, same day when you ask about it. Response is fast and always (in my case it was like that) positive solved :)
I can recommend this addon with a clear conscience. oh, by the way... last time when i've had a problem with long time ago missing one of my e-mails (maybe i removed that e-mail by myself, dont know) they gived me one month free Premium, without blink an eye. believe me, thats a great thing, with great team of specialists on "backyard" ;)

Re: Abine Blur: I like this Firefox add-on very much. It helps me feel much safer on the web. The tracker protection seems to work in the background. I got a pop up from the Wired magazine site to put them on a white list, so it's clearly working. The masked emails are fantastic. It makes managing subscriptions, notifications, and spam so much easier and safer. The customer support is excellent. They responded quickly to my requests. I appreciate their free service very much.
The only improvements I would ask for is to explore possibilities for Deleteme for people who live outside the USA and to improve on the autolock function.
Overall it's a great add-on performing an important service for people who value their privacy and security.
Don't subscribe - Masked Card feature is worthless
I subscribed for a whole year in the early days, solely for the Masked Card feature. They didn't used to charge per masked transaction, and life was good. Now, they want me to pay them a yearly subscription fee PLUS per-transaction purchases of around 3%. Greedy much?
That's huge change to their original agreement, and I've requested a cancellation and refund, but I have little faith that I'll get them. Stay away from subscribing! They'll just take your money and jerk you around, then change their terms and try to charge you more!

Abine is a fantastic company...Their apps are easy to use and make me feel safer browsing the web. They have a free package and a paid package, make sure you know which you are clicking so you don't feel scammed like the person who commented before me....If you want a free product don't give your credit card info to anyone.
The application has kept all my information safe in one place. I andt does get confused with some web forms but I noticed this with other webforms as well. Also it crashed 2 times on Saturday on my Iphone, but this was my fault because I did not update the ios. I like how everything is easily accessible. The tech support is excellent and helpful. HSBC bank 'upgraded' their website, and all of a sudden I was not able to log in. Tracked it down to Blur. Tested same in Firefox, same result. Reported it as feedback as did not believe it was a bug. Abine fixed it somehow. Now able to log in. Brilliant support.
Best All-In-One Security App. I have been a Premium user for a number of years and I consider it money very well spent. Email, Phone and Card masking keeps your online dealings secure. You can even make masked phone calls from the Blur app. In addition to all this the support and customer service is 2nd to none.

I only really use the email masking service. The best part is the pop-up which appears when I am registering for a new website or service, and asks me if I want a new masked email.. and hey presto, there it is, and it gets auto-logged in my list of masked email addresses on the Blur site, along with the name of the website I was registering for.
Had an issue recently with the Todoist service annoyingly blocking the Blur email domain due to a lack of research on their part. Quick chat on Twitter and an email or two later, and the Blur guys had sorted it. Brilliant service.

Blur is a great software extension and app to generate masked email accounts that directs emails to your primary real account which cuts down on Spam messages cos your email isn't sold or just out there. It can also generate secure passwords and everything is stored securely off-site, not even on their servers but on your own computer. They offer 2-factor authentication to keep your account more secure. Their customer service is A+ with a link right on the homepage when you're logging in. I have a free account and there are a few features I wish were included such as masked credit cards and the ability to have everything securely encrypted on their servers so no matter what computer, web browser, or cell phone I use I can access my sites. The problem I have with the paid accounts is that it costs so much per year and I already have a password manager. Best functionality is by far the email masking. I wish other services and password keepers offered that or that Abine would reduce the price for people like me who are on tight budgets.
Blur is an Excellent tool. Blur is ABSOLUTELY critical for privacy online.
One of the best pieces of software I have ever used (in a free mode, nonetheless!). It blocks tracking cookies and worse from tracking you, masks you, protects you from your internet banking information being stolen (along with your money) ... together with Adblock Plus and Browsec, this should be in the base package of ANY browser. PS: I'm not sure if all of those things are a part of a free version, because I don't quite know what the Premium version offers (and I don't care :P), but I have all of those on "On" and yet I have a green "go premium" hyperlink underneath. Maybe because I have been using it from it's start I've got them as a bonus? Who knows, I'm just speculating. :D (wait, I actually remember them enabling more functions the more trackers you block in the past, I might have gotten it from that)
