Abbey Road Studios Review

At the end of the day it's a place of such rich musical history you can't not feel something when you come here. The endless tourists playing chicken with the traffic of the crossing is also quite amusing.

The shop has some interesting gifts but they are very over priced. However to just stand outside the venue where so much amazing music was recorded is worth the trip.

You have to do it! Go there and take your photo across the mythical crosswalk!

The Beatles studio obviously but also Richard Anthony, the one for whom I went. Nice staff but price a bit expensive.

I don't personally recommend it unless you are taking the photo in the same location as the Beatles album cover. The crossing is a crosswalk everywhere, and there is nothing to see around.

For music lovers it is an iconic and quiet place to visit to remember the Beatles

given only the strips of the Beatles' cover, for the fans it is worth a visit

For Beatles fans it's a must see experience as you can remake the classic album cover across the street and leave your message on a mural.

Does this place have to buy a ticket when entering?

Quaint neighborhood and loved the gift shop (which doesn't require any entrance fee or anything). Just anticipate all the tourists trying to take a picture crossing the street ;)

A place with a great history of musicians who have transcended throughout the world. You can perceive all the affection and affection that fans from many countries come to share on the wall and by taking photographs of the famous pedestrian crossing where they walked The Beatles.

It may seem very strange to want to register across the street. But do not be shy! You will not be alone! And that makes it all fun!
Obs. Wait for the street to be quiet so as not to put itself at risk and not impact the traffic of vehicles in the place.

The historic studio where the Beatles recorded their entire album. I really want to come here!

If you like music history, in this case the Beatles, you should definetly go there for a short walk.

There are lot of people so it's not easy to make a perfect photo at all.
The traffic is actually not that bad luckily.

Cult place. It arrives very quickly by bus. You can also walk from Baker St. Station as it is a nice area to walk.

Beatles St. You can walk the Street, but, you have to be fast and carefull because transit.
You can sign your name in the wall, if you find a small space.

It is a unique place. The bad thing is that cars have no patience with tourists crossing the famous footpath, it is even dangerous. But it is worth it and much!

Let's be real: everyone wants the Abbey Road zebra crossing photo. If you're dedicated, you'll need to hold up a bit of traffic, and you're going to be honked at furiously by buses and cars. #worthit

Over the years, and millions of fans! They have modified the image and rules of the place. The exterior fence is always full of legends from visitors from around the world. Almost nobody cares that other artists have paraded around to record their albums. The Beatles made the place their home and nobody like them achieved extraordinary creativity. The visit is dreamy. I recommend bringing your favorite song and listening to it with headphones on the street. Close your eyes and enjoy it as if you were inside.

Wish they allowed tours. I understand why they don't, as it is obviously still an active studio. Would be nice if they allowed tours on certain days. The only thing you can actually walk in to as a fan is.... you guessed it, a gift shop. If they had a space dedicated to learning more about the studio or some items on display, that would be great too.

I was in front of Abby Road Studio to shoot the crosswalk scene that was the album jacket of the Beatles.

Unfortunately, you can't visit the inside and they cleaned the outer wall which was full of writings - it was a particular pity

A surreal experience and location. Nearby is the cross walk where the iconic photo was taken for the cover of the album which has its name.

The Abbey Road website has deteriorated badly in recent years.

People just still are walking back and forth, its funny

Not much to do outside Abbey Road studios but write your name on the wall and walk across the famed Abbey Road. Just a few minutes at the crosswalk will give you a glimpse at all the silly tourists doing their best (which are usually pretty sad) Beatles impressions as they cross the road. It's got a ton of history, but not really much to see or do.

You might think this would be like going to Mecca for the Beatles fan, but it was a little lacking. Though it's understated nature wasn't necessarily a bad thing.
