I'm not a huge fan of The Beatles, but while I was spending some time in the area I decided to visit the studios and the souvenir shop nextdoor where I bought some bits and pieces for my friends who are indeed huge Beatles fans. Interesting place to see if you like music or not.
Historical building with great history.
A few things have changed since the Beatles took their famous photo there on the crosswalk. But with a little imagination you can still see them crossing over.
Beautiful neighborhood. It can be a very busy intersection if you are attempting to replicate their infamous album cover, just be aware that it's a normal traffic area. Just walking towards the studio itself was memorable and quite the experience

Visited the studios with the South African Idols season 13 finalists in November. The staff were super accommodating and allowed us to shoot the finalists rehearsing with our musical director at the grand piano in studio 3. Dark Side Of The Moon anyone? Wow what an amazing experience and was the highlight of our London trip.

What can anyone say? It's Abbey Road. Had a great day. Our engineer gave us the obligatory Beatles studio tour. Job done.

Must do, for those who lived the era of the Beatles
It was a wonderful experience. I put on a policeman's cap and some cars thought I was a policeman because when I asked to stop they stopped. For people to take pictures on the famous track hahahahaha. Loved it.

Lovely staff - booked a session with them and they were easy and accommodating.
Iconic place that you cannot miss if you are nearby. Taking the photo across the street in the mythical corner of the album cover is not so simple, since there are dozens of people trying to do the same and the traffic is intense and quite impatient -justifiably, I must say- with the tourists. Nearby is a Sherlock Holmes store that I found more entertaining.

It's actually a small house which has been converted into one of the worlds most iconic music creation spaces. If you are a Beatles fan this is a must see!
