The workmanship is not commensurate with the huge amounts charged when compared to the competitors in the market. They are leaving large gaps between two window doors and mosquitos can easily enter through the gaps. When taken up the issue with the office manager and workmen they simply say that this gap cannot be plugged. But when I told them that the measurements are not uniform throught, they have then done some patch work. This is not expected from a so called quality company. The manager to learn courtesy to talk to the customers.

Very adoment, while buying the product they are very nice ..... after that service point of you hell expensive....example for AC adaopter 12V, 1A for CC camera they will charge you Rs 1250 plus service charge Rs 350.....AC adapters available from Rs 200 in the market, quality may go upto Rs 600......for changing adopter takes just five minutes....owners has to realise the facts....

Slide door just got repaired in 2 days which is too delicate,inspite of repeated reminders they are not responding properly saying that they will come today,evening,tomorrow and stuff like that.

The most worse service i had seen ever... No proper response from the staff for queries, they require more than two days to accept a service request and more than a week to resolve issue. Very Very Bad service... I don;t suggest.
