Aaron's Oriental Rug Gallery Review

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the individual attention, large selection and expertise at Aaron's. We were looking for a large area rug and they took the time to flip back each rug, hauling out ones we liked and comparing them. We were torn between 3 options so they let us take them home to try them out in our home- the customer service here is top notch! The owner makes you feel like family the second you walk through the door and he even gave us a 'congratulatory' bottle of wine as we left with our new rug!!

Recently, I took my mother's rug in to be cleaned and recieved wonderful service! My mother's rug hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime and it turn out very nice! While there, my wife and I found huge selection of rugs and took a few home to try. We couldn't be happier!

Took in 4 Wilton bird of paradise rugs. Aarons wanted approx. $400. to clean them. Picked them up two weeks later and when arranging them in my van noticed a large amount of dust being kicked up. when in and talked to employee and was told some carpets are just surface cleaned in order to avoid damaging the lining. However since I was not completely satisfied he would refund half the cleaning cost. I took the $200, about two weeks later when cleaning wood floors around edges of rugs I folded the rug to prevent getting wood cleaner on it, and under each rug was a substantial amount of sand, dirt debris. I have been cleaning under the rugs and thoroughly vacuuming them ever since. It is my opinion Aarons did not even attempt to clean them. I would never go back and would not recommend them to anyone. I was forced to give at least 1 star in order to post this.

They have a wide array of rugs of assorted sizes and styles. The knowledge and personal assistance of the sales staff was top notch. The quality of my rug is amazing!

We took in 3 oriental rugs to get cleaned and got them back about 2 weeks later. We were very pleased regarding the job they did. The price was decent compared to other companies we checked out.

Absolutely the best customer service and the finest quality oriental rugs in the Midwest. After flipping through almost all the rugs we found two that we were in love with. They recommended we take both of them home to see how they worked in our space which was very wise as we ended up changing our minds about which one we liked best. To top everything off, to thank us for our purchase, the owner even gave us a bottle of fine red wine. Without a doubt, we will return here for all our future Oriental rug purchases.

It is so wonderful to get the level of attention the owner and workers give as soon as you walk through the door! There are so many rugs to choose from and they seemed to know just where to go to find what I needed. I was so happy to get a true Oriental Rug without paying the absurd prices in Chicago. Excellent gem right here in Fort Wayne!
