Horrible Horrible Horrible. These people are extremely unprofessional. I will not be attending this school. Admin reps don't pick up or return voice mails. Financial services don't know anything about financial aid. NO ONE at the actual campus will pick up the phone. I've been hung up on and transferred so many times that I just said forget it. They deserve NO STARS
Do not attend this school... This is the most absolute unprofessional , money hungry school I've ever seen. Most business either haven't even heard of this school or say bad things about this school. My worst experience ever!!!! Still waiting on the worthless diploma for over 6 months now....
when I first graduated high school in 2014 I wanted to take some time off before I decided to go to college. Then in January of 2016 I was on a college search hunt to find the right school for me and when I came to visit Miami Jacobs career college I just wanted to learn more about the school the will it be a good fit for me and the same day I come to see the school they enrolled me the same day and I never asked to come here at all and I have been for 3 semesters and they are telling me that I cant leave or transfers somewhere else that I feel comfortable at and on top of that I am traveling an hour just to get here on the bus so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE GO TO THAT SCHOOL BECAUSE THEY DO GIVE STUDENTS A CHANCE TO MAKE THEIR DECISION IN WHAT THEY WANT TO GO TO and they force you to enrollment without asking if this is a school you want to attend so I will not continue going to this school.
