Wonderful company, highly recommend their services!

I have never bee so outraged by a service company in my life. Not only was Aarons Elite unprofessional saying they would be at the house and never showing up several times...but they left my yard a mess and filled my hot tub full of acid and told me it was ok to get in it. I had all the hair on my body scorched off and burns on my legs and face. Tge hair on my head was so burnt I had to have it cut a half inch from the scalp. I sent e mails and and not o e person from Aarons company called to see if I was ok I had to call them. Aaron never to this day has called to see if I was ok. If I had not been referred to him by someone I respect I should have sued them.

This company totally ripped my elderly parents off. Never showed up at scheduled times, the owner is both arrogant and hostile. How this company is still around I have no clue. I m sure they have a ton of lawsuits. Beware

I'm so happy I was referred to Aaron's for my pool needs and equipment installation. I was impressed right from the start as a live person answered the phone and directed me to Alex the service manager. Alex is one the best customer service representatives I've ever encountered. The costs were very fair and I couldn't be happier

Unfortunately, I can't provide much of a review for Aaron's Elite Pool Service. Around Halloween, I contacted this company for an estimate on a pool heater replacement and control system upgrade. Their receptionist was pleasant and took all of my information. I also sent them an email about this.

They never contacted me, even after several weeks. Maybe my job wasn't pricey enough for what they're aiming for? In any case, I went with another Lakewood Ranch pool company and am very glad that I did. I found another company that will be my "go to" for any pool needs.

I have attempted to get an issue resolved for over 7 weeks. They do not return phone calls or answer emails and I am a maintenance customer and have been for the past two years! What level of service is this?!?!

Wow....these guys went way beyond the call of duty. What could have been a straight forward pool pump replacement was, in fact, a complex job. This is the second time they've "rescued" us (different problem), and at a very fair price on top of it all. Highly recommend them without qualification!

I had Hayward warranty work done by them, They charged me for the work. I proved to them the work was covered by Hayward. I talked to the owner of the company, he said he would refund me the money. It was a lie.
I would advise no one EVER do business with company!

I called Aaron's Elite a few days after July 4, 2016, as the company was a San Juan fiberglass pool installer in the Sarasota area. An appointment was made for 1:00pm on July 20 for the owner, Aaron Burkett, to come to my home to meet with me and go over the details for installation of a San Juan fiberglass pool. For starters, he was late. I think good business practice would be to be on time especially for potentially new business. I would understand being late due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, got tied up on another job, etc. When he arrived, I mentioned that he was late and I wondered if he was going to show up. He gave me no reason as to why he was late. So, we continue on. I inquired that I tried to get on the Aaron's Elite website to see a gallery of work the company had performed, but the website was incomplete. His response was basically that his web designer must have other jobs that took precedence and thus his was on the back burner. I mentioned that the FB page was very limited. He then took out a cell phone and said all his job photos were on the cell and that he didn't need advertising as he has plenty of business and not enough time to mess with putting photos on the net. He proceeded to take photos of my yard where the pool was to be installed, took a photo of my property survey with his cell, and gathered all the other specifics he needed from me in order to put an estimate together. It is now August 3. I have not heard one word from him since he pulled out of my driveway on July 20. No follow-up. No update. Nada. Zero. Zip. If this is how potential new business is treated, I can only imagine the outcome if I had signed a contract for the pool install. I'm going to consider this a blessing in disguise! I would not recommend Aaron's Elite!

FOLLOW-UP: I received an email from Alex at Aaron's Elite Pool Service on August 5, 2016 (coincidentally after my Google review) expressing the company's formal apologies for any inconveniences the delay may have caused and stating they were following up on my meeting with Aaron regarding a new pool build for my property. Alex said he was meeting with Aaron that weekend and would be getting all the information in order to have the estimate ready for me on Monday 8/8. Today is Monday, August 29 (24 days since that email or to give the company some benefit -- 21 days since the date Alex said I should receive the estimate) and I have NOT received the estimate and I have NOT heard again from the company. All in all, six weeks and only one email response from the company that netted ZERO results. Potential customers be wary!

We refer all of our clients that are in need of ANY pool service to Aaron's Elite Pool Service. Great Company and Great Service!

Aaron and his team did a great job of installing our pool. From start to finish, every detail and expectation was met. His team had some challenges with trying to get the pool to fit in the backyard with several obstacles in the way, but they were able to remove them and put them back even better than they were before. In the end, the pool is fabulous and looks amazing! They continue to maintain our pool every week and offer continued, prompt and through maintenance.

Over the years, Aaron's has been prompt and courteous. Beth, our pool service person, is very reliable and does a great job.

Recently, our pump broke a few days before we were to have guests over for a party. Aaron gave us a fair price (we received a cheaper quote, but we ultimately chose Aaron's for the warranty). There was a scheduling miscommunication on our part, but their tech was able to come and get the job done in the nick of time.

Overall, we are very pleased with this company and will likely continue to use them for our pool service in the future.
