Urfan Dar



He decided to take my case on WITHOUT anyone telling him to do so or without any papers.

This put me and my actual lawyer in a bad situation as the fiscal sent the disclosures to Urfan as they believed he was representing me even though I made it clear to Urfan that he was NOT representing me. This meant going to trial today was made difficult as we had no statements from the police or any other sort of evidence.



After trying and trying, I finally get a hold of him and explain to him my situation and that I will not be paying him purely on the basis that I was never told that I was required to pay any fees for advice to which he turned round and said if you have something to say come to my office and say it in person .

The worst. Cannot be trusted and highly unreliable. They represented me but I would routinely have to chase them up and find out that nothing had been done on my file. I would repeatedly have to tell them what to do. I was a private client and gave them the sizable upfront payment they wanted but was let down by them time and time again. This was at a time when I really needed the help and someone fighting my corner. The main man is a deft hand at the PR and media but has no real substance and takes your money then delegates to junior staff who don't know how to do a job properly. I found them condescending, unhelpful and uninterested in justice. I sacked them and found someone else who went on to secure justice for me after this firm failed me. I felt sorely let down by this firm and would never recommend them to anyone.

Absolutey amazing service found a flaw in my case to prove my innocence so massive amount of stress which caused me to lose my job etc has now gone.

Worst office ever. 0 work ethics and they will just take your money and do nothing for you and that is based on personal experience. Please avoid so you dont get scammed the way I did. Horrible horrible lawyer

Advertises as Human Rights lawyer but not prepared to protect serious Human abuses in Scotland- l would not recommend contacting this company - l was informed "only does human rights if you have enough money to pay privately ".... I found this totally disgusting that a human rights lawyer looks the other way in the light of serious human rights abuses against an innocent family.... disgusting!

Worst ever lawyer I ve dealt with dosent return your call if you talk to him about the issue at hand he won t even let you finish the sentence
And interrupts abruptly.

Really can't disagree more with the one star reviews. I deal with Mr Sloan at this firm who has been nothing but outstanding dealing with criminal matters.
