The food was ok and very reasonably priced. The view is amazing. The only flaw is that they are NOT pet friendly and I can not understand why because the place has outdoor seating area.

Nice calm place with beautiful view of the infinity fields. I must say that the waiters are polite, altought that wasn't lime that in begening. The food and the wine selection are 4+(from 5).They have kids area(very poor but helpful if you bring your kids). The best time in summer is after 6 pm(it is not very crowded and you can get a tabble with great view).At that period of the day the sunlights makes such a beautiful landscape. You must try their cheese "korab", also the prosciutto, the salads, pasta, meat and fish. You must try these wines:Pinot grigio and Temjanika(white wine) and Allure(red wine). Definetly must visit place.

Ideal place for a short break on the way to Greece and from Greece. A rich selection of dishes from Macedonian national cuisine, salads and lamb and pork roast under a honeycomb. Top Macedonian salads and cheeses. Cheaper than ours in Serbia.
Staff first league. Wine prices discounted at both the winery and the restaurant. I'm coming for the third time.

The scenery is awesome and relaxing. The food is a disaster. I ve been to many places and have tried actual trout many many times. I ordered trout and was hoping to get one even though the waitress advised beforehand that the fish was not fresh. What she brought to the table didn t even smell like trout not to mention the look. This was my first and last time here, for sure. Will not bring any of my guests here either. Too bad. The location is really great..

The view is beautiful, and so is the setup. A nice atmosphere with good food and very reasonable prices. The staff is very professional. Would've been a 4 star review because I wasn't too impressed with the food but the view makes is worth double the points.

We visited this place on Saturday afternoon for lunch and we really enjoyed the time spent here. Tasty food, great wines, very kind and friendly waiter. The view is exceptional. Highly recommended!

Superb restaurant. Food is excellent and wine is very good. Staff are friendly. The Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio were very good.

Keep an eye out for offers. You will say sorry for the waiter coming after 10 minutes and will offer you some misery for not telling you that it is 2.5 times slow. The coffee is wrong, the banana pancake with bananas is brought and the warm ladies will deliver it with pierced cakes and spilled chocolate. The food is delivered at different times and salads with a difference of 15-20 minutes. One is wailing and the other is watching. Do yourself a disservice.

Very good place to be visited especially during the hot summer days. Kids friendly as well

The place is wonderful, with a nice ambient and view. The service corresponded to my expectations. Nevertheless, the food was exceptionally below average and tasteless. I have been a couple of times with large groups of people and the food was the same with no improvement.

Excellent location, decent price, excellent service!

The place itself is nice, good ambient, nice views, family friendly and relaxing, the food is great too. However the service was very bad. We visited this place on a state holliday October 23, We waitied 45-60 minutes for every order we make, two of the orders they never came as well and we waited another 30 minutes for the check to pay that we ask twice for. They were very low on staff, there was only one server for our section that had about 60- 70 people, every time he will show up like 10 tables will call him and is not a suprise when he will forget to place the orders. I believe owner and managment will work in future for improving the service and schedule more people, knowing that u will get busy on a holliday and sunny weather. Anyway i give 4 stars and i will come back expexting better service and more organized stuff

Facility and equipment: Looks extremely professional. Nice terrace with view on "Toscana look" landscape. Go in spring... They have extended the terrace with additional tables and chairs, so I assume they are targeting wider consumer's group ( not only wine lovers). Also there is an accommodation part (is under construction). Food and wine: I have been several times and the food quality is constantly improving. Unfortunately Merlot 2013 is no more avaliable (.. not even in the wine shops in Skopje). Customers service: Friendly and knowledgeably....EDIT "Early signs" of fine dining experience..

Superb restaurant, great food, fast service and extremely friendly and friendly staff. Superb wines and white and red. Prices are extremely affordable. It's worth getting off the highway and visiting this place. There is also a shop where you can buy wines and exceptional cheeses.

Two suffer from trying to visit it, and two suffer from the same picture: a half-nervous waiter tells me it's reserved.

The most exquisite wine I ve ever tried. Amazing place for families, couples, friends who wish to enjoy an evening with a gorgeous view (although it can get quite chilly, even in the summer). Do NOT order any seafood ! Turns out quite smelly and improperly prepared. The steak is impeccable and totally worth the (slightly higher) price.

The disaster manager, the waiter from 3 works one certainly forgets. Never again !!!

Best part is the view, and it's a definitely must see. The wine selection is also very good considering that the restaurant is part of the Sopot winery. I missed introduction to the wines, and also I don't like the fact that only bottled water is served. The food was ok, nothing spectacular but also nice enough to go with the wine selection. If I would go again I would only go for a dessert and wine or a starter (salad, cheese) and wine since that is the best value for money for me, but not for lunch for example.
Also the music could be a bit more leveled down, we are not in a discotheque after all, we could bearly hear eachother at the table.

This place is a real gem. It has a great view over the vineyards from it's terrace, have a nice parking, offers really great wines from its own winery, and has an excellent food. I tried Godiva red wine, which was blend from Pinot noir, Vranec and Merlot, it was fantastic. My friend tried blackberry wine and said it was amazing. The staff were really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Chateau Sopot is a must see place. It has respectable wine collection that will satisfy people with various taste. You can visit the wine basement and also learn more about the wine production. Best part is the terrace overlooking the wine fields. However, they can improve the quality of the food that is served.

It is located on the highway that is connecting the northern and southern part of Macedonia.

Quality time spent. Nice view, especially in spring when everything is green. Their wine and food are great. Good service. Make sure you have a reservation, otherwise you risk not having a seat, eapecially for holidays, non working days and weekends.

We have visited Chateau Sopot 4 or 5 times now. The first time we went was at my brother-in-law's (a local) suggestion. From the moment we arrived, we were awestruck by the view. The staff were always attentive and helpful. The food (and presentation) has overwhelmed everyone who has come with us. All of the foreigners have bought a few bottles of wine on the spot.
While the staff's English was not outstanding, us showing up at a local vineyard was hardly the occasion for an English exam score. Despite language barriers, they were always courteous, helpful and easy-going. Children played on the playground and staff easily whirled through the wooden tables to adjust for any weather changes.
The wine is delightful.
The food is superb.
The view is always awe-inspiring.

The great escape from the concrete jungle. Place to relax and enjoy the special wines, and delicious specialties. You can even buy some wine to enjoy at home. The wine shop is always open.

The prices are good but they have bad service. You order steak salad and bread and they first bring the steak. After 30 minutes they bring the salad and after you are already finished they bring the bread. What I suppose to do with the bread now? Eat it as a dessert? They didn't bring water so we dehydrate because of the wine.

With skepticism, I went there because of some poor estimates that you read. Megutoa without the need. To start from the maximum professional attitude to the staff, to the perfect food, and finally to kill Traminec.

The road between toll and Sopot was a disaster. We arrived late so it was dark and we could not see anything outside to enjoy nature. We had two different salads, main course, dessert white wine and coffee and everything was great and a cheese platter which was great too. Price but I do not know, we were invited but already a nice sum. Staff was very nice and the whole atmosphere was ok, but we had hoped for something more. Would love to go back when it is light.

If you're visiting Veles, Macedonia here is one TOP restaurant for tasting my homecountry traditional food. They present our culture in a very interesting way. The taste of the food, just Waoh!!!
I recommend you to go and visit them, enjoy their differents types of wine in a combination with very tasty food.

Breathtaking view, great wine and delicious food, with great service. Highly recommend it.

Service was swift friendly and helpful. Atmosphere and ambience was cosy even though it was fairly dark inside. Some more lights would be nice. The music was great, not super loud like a lot of other places. All in all very harmonious experience. Food was well made, tasteful and of high quality. We ordered the sopot salad, korab white cheese, risotto and the beef. Beef was served rare exactly like requested. The wines are one of the best in Macedonia and are five star all the way. All in all we liked this place. Would have given it a five star if they would have fixed the road to the restaurant instead of a horrible dirt road with a lot of nice holes to destroy your car with.

Very bad service. First they don't want to receive you, because you have no reservation, and all the tables are empty. After waiting 20 minutes for the waiter to come and serve you. How they somehow carry your order. So you wait 40 minutes to notice that you are looking for an account, and then you have to go after the waiter to pick up your couch. Even the impudent waitress, "if you're a programmer, let's hire you to keep our computer!"

Great place for lunch and a short break and next to the highway (closer to the hotel Romantik) !!! Turn right from the direction of the north after the toll ramp and after 50 meters turn left (back to the north, parallel to the highway). Beautiful ambience and even more beautiful view of the sunset. There is also a store of their and other Macedonian wines. I recommend !!!

Slow service...We were waiting for an hour to order and a hour to eat...Not good...Will go only for coffee...

The service was disappointing. The staff is underestimating the guests. We were waiting hours for the food to come.

I have to say that my friends and I got a little disappointed because of the rude and upleasant waiter. Other than that the view from the terrace is amazing especially if its sunny, the wine and the food are delicious.

No sense of hospitality at all! The service on the phone was so unhelpful, arrogant and condescending that I didn't even bother to go forward with booking tables. A huge turn off!

Horrible Putting aside the fact that the food was tasteless, it gave me and my 6 friends food poisoning. Never visiting again!
