A&W has been a 5 star restaurant/burger joint for me since I was a kid. And growing up in Lodi I have not once had any bad experiences here. The atmosphere is always upbeat, welcoming. The staff are friendly, professional, polite. And even when doordash had messed up on one of my orders (which it happens, doordash is actually fantastic so it's not nothing negative directed towards them personally). Someone called me back and had told me that they were willing to replace the whole order. They're very respectable people, and I recommend this place to everyone.

4 hours latter me and the toilet and a very long meeting of throwing up. Never eating there again. Used to love A&W but not anymore. There food is not what it used to be. I am very disappointed and unhappy.

I bought the double cheeseburger "SPECIAL" 2 FOR $2.50...THE FOOD TASTED VERY OLD .. THE BURGERS WERE TOSSED IN THE BAG..NO NAPKINS ECT..THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED ...THAT'S TOO BAD CAUSE IT'S IN WALKING DISTANCE..

A little high priced now. Not worth the price. I can go to another place and get better food at a lot better price. The taste of the food has sure changed. I miss the old food and they took out the car hop and put in a dumb drive thru that they have to walk outside to your car anyways. I don't like it.

Still the best tasting hamburgers out of all the major chains. And the best darn root beer ever made

Chicken is not a full size patty is slices like a chicken strip. Sloppy work as in puttimg food together but not bad food

The root beer here is unlike anything you'll get anywhere else. It tastes nothing like the commercialized version of A&W Root Beer. They make it fresh in house and is stupid good. The burgers are surprisingly good as well however the cheese curds and fries were warm, not hot - which made the meal less appealing

They are quick and the food is really great.The place is one of the cleanest I've ever been in.

They always forget to add my fries to my orders 2nd day in a row they do that I hate it ruins the meal and I live very far

Great food , fast service, $ 6.99 for a burger combo frosty Rootbeer or Rootbeer float included . Plenty of other items on the menu including kids meal.

We were driving on our way to Lake Tahoe and saw this place. Fist time there. Food was good and staff was were friendly.

Yummy food and great service! I don't eat fast food often but if I do thos is the place! Cheese curds are delicious And we love the bacon burger! I also like that apple sauce is an alternative for fries for the kids meal.

Probably the best A&W I've ever been to. This is the real deal, not one of those KFC co-branded locations. Just a classic A&W drive-in with delicious All American Food and authentic root beer floats served in a frosty glass mug.

Over priced food goto in and out way better quality and PRICE.. or even drive out to sonic at least they have better drinks

Every Thursday in the summer they have a car show. Food is tasty and the staff was friendly a super fast. Most importantly the order is always correct.

Let me say, I've never been to an A&W location before. Now knowing that this is the first ever A&W location, I can say it was wonderful. Took a little longer than other fast food locations and thats how you know it's authentic and delicious. They bring the food out to your car from the drive through and are super friendly. I wish I had cash to tip the guy.
If you want great root beer, an awesome root beer float, or delicious food, this is where you should stop!
I will be coming back. I've found a new staple.

Great food, and the employees are always friendly. Miss all the old cars on Thursdays though. Hope they can start that up again some day after all this carona chaos.
