Since the end of August, for more than 6 weeks now, I've been waiting for the address errors from my image film to be corrected. There is no response to calls and emails. After more than 4 weeks, the service responded with the allegedly corrected version, but the address is still wrong. You can, however, print the correct address on invoices over 1000 euros. Very annoying

Sehr geehrter Sutter Verlag, ich kann meinem Vorredner - Hendrik Be - nur zustimmen!! Treffender kann man dies nicht beschreiben!! Dies hatten wir auch zu Bedenken gegeben, man trifft sich immer zweimal im Leben. Erst ein Kunde, dann zwei ..es zieht seine Kreise und macht die Runde wie man sieht .

Ok for the business entry. However, I find the opaque pricing (prices online / not publicly visible) to be negative, only on site with the sales representative in his secret files ... (Stone Age)! Why is it not possible nowadays to select the desired branch entry yourself online (with price information!), To choose the scope of the entry and to book ??? (If you need a sales representative and would like to receive him at home, you can still do so ...)

VERY bad service! Contracts are presented as a one-off payment, but are all sold as a subscription. The contract documents can only be viewed on the laptop of the sales representative; the copy is not available or only on request when the cancellation period has expired. I can only warn against contracts with this company. Have meanwhile canceled all contracts, now every euro is being knocked out by the Sutter publishing house and at the same time the agreed service is not being adhered to. I would love to deduct another 5 stars. If you look at the good reviews here, it sounds suspiciously like your own employees who praise the canteen, for example. - Apparently there is no other good praise.

Once again a completely satisfied customer. With my review, I would like to highlight Mr Alfred in particular, who, with his professional and above all personable manner, managed to fully respond to my wishes and ideas and to fully comply with his advisory work as a sales representative.
