Extremely poor customer service and rude staff.

Had an issue regarding slings and chain inspections book 1 month prior, call up a month later to ask when there tech was to come and inspect, and was told I would have to wait another month!

Customer service representative, did not care about anything regarding the issue and basically told me to wait or nothing will happen!

Piss poor for a family company that doesn't care anymore!
