First and foremost, we LOVED the food Monica and her team created at our wedding. That s super important as we want to make sure our guests feel they are appreciated for coming to our celebration, a great meal is 100% absolutely a MUST and A Grand Affaire delivered that and more.
We loved all our caterers that graciously invited us to their open houses to sample, and truthfully they were all amazing, but maybe I m a little biased, I m a huge fan of our PNW stable: salmon. AGF won me over with their exceptional salmon cooked to perfection, and MY OH MY, our guests LOVED it. Many family members and friends came afterward to tell us how much they loved the salmon, and that put a huge smile on my face because, well, I put a special request for the salmon to be perfect, and yes, AGF 100% delivered.
Furthermore, Monica is just a joy to work with from the get-go. She even helped us put together the floor plan so we can have our first dance in the middle of the room and also free up space for our guests to get to their bar. Monica spent a lot of time to make sure our wedding was perfect, and we can t thank her enough for it. Seriously; HIRE her and AGF for your wedding, they are AMAZING!!
Monica did the catering for my wedding this July. She and the rest of her staff did an excellent job. The food was both beautifully presented and delicious! I only wish that there had been more leftovers.
