A'famosa Resort Review

A'famosa resort is a huge resort in Malaysia near the city of Melaka. It has 3 areas of entertainment named safari wonderland, water theme park and old west. These are places of good entertainment and time pass. It also has a number of different places to stay like a condo, resort hotel and private villas.

Overnight in a level bungalow. Got the curb, no privacy to enter the pool. Private pool but small. The house is ok, there are 3 rooms, 1 room has 2 queen beds.

Nice quiet place and also with some fun places to visit like the safari and the old west . The staff there are friendly and helpful and they also do multiple jobs in a day . Only downside was the food there the cooks should be changed to have a higher standard and taste.

we stayed at lot 907 villa D'faro, swimming pool was not maintained. they had a very poor maintenance team. we went with kids, but they just put some chlorine on water and it will cleaned within few hours. they haven't change the swimming pool water

One day stay recommended to visit the resort nightsafar and the theme park

An okay place...free parking.stores...not as many as GPO n JPO

One of the worst "main attraction" of a city that I've been to. Water theme park is relatively ok, as most of rides were available, compared to the Safari and Old west.

You can go swimming, watch the circus, and go shopping! Baton! Renting a Resort is also great

Sweet in the safari and offer elephant elephant and cowboy offer but their prices to the Arabs 200 rang and saw with a meal tomorrow from an Arab restaurant and Malaysians 130 rang with a meal tomorrow from an Indian or Malaysian restaurant

A Famosa Resort has the tag line There is something for everyone! It truly has! The resort is well designed and planned for families with kids.

They have 8 dining places in total. All are located at different attractions and hotels of the resort. You don't have to rush back to resort for meals. Check timings of the dining places.

There is Freeport A Famosa Outlet for shopping, Cowboy Town for wide range of entertainment activities, Monkey Island, Bird show, Animal feeding... you name it and you will have the experience of your lifetime.

It is worth renting a villa with a group of friends, and the whole family is very happy to play

This place is far from Melacca city. Plus there is no 24h grocery shops nearby. We have to travel for 40minutes (round trip) just to go to grocery store (it was past 10pm so we have to find nearest KKmart). On the other side the place has a great view. Especially for people who love to play golf this is the perfect location for you.

Luckily got well maintained villa. Reasonable price.

During the last week public holiday. Me and my family went to the resort for our holidays. My kids so enjoyed the swimming pool. The villa is comfortable and beautiful landscape serounding the whole villa. We enjoyed the whole holidays at this resort.

Poor customer service. Booked a 2 bedrooms apartments with a living room. The tv channels are all jumbled up, not as per accordance to the tv channels list provided by them. And worst, theres bed bugs on their sofa.

2 times check in this banglow.. very nice and good for group holidays

The area is big.. Accessibility is a issue.. Breakfast superb.. Rest all ok

Quite dated nowadays for its accommodation. Cleanliness is ok. Water park also a bit dated but still have the fun factor. Western cowboy show at night need fresh idea and improvement too. Overall need revamped.

Though we did not visit the waterpark but the villa was amazing.

Very nice place to stay, Relax, empowering and recharging for life

Sorry to say, the towel is quite smelly. The toilet is also smelly. I have to buy deodorant to put in the toilet to eliminate the smell.
The spoon to make hot drink also missing. I have to use cupcake casing to stir hot drink.

A'Famosa Resort Melaka Freeport Outlets as known Melaka Premium Outlet - I and my grand mom experience the Hot Air Balloon @ Outlet. It's my first time taking Hot Air Balloon feel excited and scary.. When we up to sky, only can feel happy.. View surounding area of outlet, golf course and bungalow. Thank you A'Famosa outlet
Please don't forget to shop in this outlet with very Good price. Value for money.

Family oriented and great for two to three days not more.

A very nice and relaxing place for a family vacation

Try the Ramadhan Buffet. The place is nice. Comfortable. Even got a comfortable prayer room too. But for the buffet is just nice. Got variety of food. Like alot.. but idk what lack. Not really stisfy with the food. Maybe got alot but nth that really attract me.

Surveying around free port. Quite a lot of offer/promotion .

We'll be back again .. breakfast will be added by some food choices ..

The ice cream slide was awasome at the water world.....

Very good place to relax, frankly not much activities to do but nice place if you wanna just eat and relax.

Cosy bungalow apartment. Also normal apartment. Good for private functions. Mini swimming pools with each bungalow unit
