After having a completely HORRIBLE experience at Central Monument in Keithville, La., we were lucky enough to find this establishment. Now it's not fancy or pretty, but they were able to help my mother and I. The staff is super nice and we were able to be in and out in about 15 minutes.
Obviously, they are backlogged because of COVID-19, but we are confident we will get the stone in 5-6 weeks.
I highly recommend this fantastic Black Owned Business that has been assisting it's patrons with kindness and industry experience for 20+ years.

Very unreliable, always giving false Information. The Worst Customer Service I have ever had, to date. Will not revisit their Services even though they have the best prices in town, would prefer to pay more for reliability, honesty and courtesy.
Its been eight months and I still haven't received the headstone that i purchased for my husband, the worst place ever to do business with.. They dont return any call backs, they never answer the phones, and when you drive to their location if they are there, they never have any new information, I am so dissatified with their operation of business, the prices are reasonable but its not worth doing business with them

On August 12, 2019 I walked into A&D Monument to browse for a Headstone for my Grandmother. I talked to Mrs. Kidd in regards to purchasing a replacement Headstone for my Grandmother grave. She informed me that the Stone is not made on site at A&D Monument Shreveport. The headstone is made in Georgia but would only take 3 - 4 weeks to produce and then shipped to A&D Monument Shreveport. After selecting the items I wanted on the Headstone, I proceeded to purchased a granite Headstone with a colored picture and a vase. I called Ms. Kidd November 7, 2019 and was informed that the Headstone was in but A&D Monument still needed to do some sandblasting on the stone. Since it was raining on the day in Shreveport, I was informed by Mrs. Kidd that the stone wouldn't be ready until next week to install on my Grandmother's grave. It is now November 21, 2019 and I talked to Mrs. Kidd AGAIN this morning about the S-L-O-W turnaround with her company. I was lied to again that my Grandmother's Headstone is there at A&D Monument but the men are in the back sandblasting the stone. Mrs. Kidd said, "I will go out back to make sure the stone will be ready next week and will call you back". NO, I never did receive that call back from Mrs. Kidd. It's been over 3 months now and my Grandmother's granite Headstone with a colored picture and vase has NOT be installed on her grave. If you enjoy HORRIBLE and POOR customer service then this is the place for you.
UPDATE
The headstone was finally finished and placed on my Grandmother's grave December 5, 2019. The headstone was exactly as I ordered with the foot stone. I just don't understand why Mrs. Kidd would purposely inform her customers of inaccurate information about when a headstone would be finished. If the job is going to be 4 -5 months then that is what you need to tell your customers. Not lie and say 3-4 weeks and have your customer constantly calling you trying to figure out where their stone is at. Customer Service Must Be Better.
My sisters and I went to A&D Monument to order a headstone for our mother. We made our selection and was informed that the stone had to be ordered from Georgia. Due to COVID-19, our order was delayed. It took over a year to get the stone completed. We wanted the headstone set up for Mother's Day. I received a call (May 8th) saying the grave has not been marked. You had 3 weeks to install. Needless to say, our mom's headstone will not be installed for Mother's Day. First and last time doing business with A&D. Quick to take your payment, slow to deliver service...
I ordered a head stone for my grandmother in January 2020 was told it would be be ready mid Feb. Well Feb. came and still in no headstone. Called to check on it and the guy would never let me speak with the "head lady" only took my name and number over and over again. Then I was told mid March. Here it is May and still no head stone or call back. So I decided to drive from Arkansas to Louisiana to see if I could get answers after I was told that the headstone couldnt be found. When I make it the "head lady" said she was never aware of me calling. So I asked for an refund and the attitude was horrible just because I asked for a refund. Good prices horrible everything else
