Beautiful campus and very helpful students and staff.
I've been a student at Behrend for a semester now and I have to say, I absolutely love this school. It is such a beautiful campus and has the credible academic programs to go along with that. Not only has this school furthered my knowledge, it's made me feel so at home and I've made some of my best friends here.
Great education here at Penn State Behrend. Great experience, too!
Penn State Behrend is a very great school at a reasonable price. I graduated in 2017 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I chose to stay at Behrend because I got a Penn State degree, at a smaller campus. My average class was around 25 students. This allowed me to get to know all of my professors. The campus is also beautiful in the winter.
Beautiful campus, take a walk around! Quality education.
Was there today with my daughter for a open house.Excellent campus I wish I could go back.
Nice quiet small campus. Tour guide was great and so was the admission counselor.
My niece and I cleaned out my great nieces dorm room. Time and date set and the most amazing staff person assisted us. She was kind and considerate and helped to get the carts so we could load up and go. I'm not sure her name but she was wonderful and we thank her!
Cannot love here more, forever home in my heart! You won t be regret if choose to stay here rather than go to state college.
A few Rude professors, and there is a strong bias in the campus that carries over to grades. Also a few "over the top" prof. I had quite a few close friends and family members pass while here and it was a sin to miss school to bury them. While I did get to make up, my grades heavily suffered. That being said there are some really amazing prof. here which is why I gave it 2/5
Went there for 4 years and had the best education I could ask for. Graduated with honors and got into two Ivy League schools to do my master's (with scholarships). Some students don't take advantage of the fact that classes are small and professors are there to help you as much as they can. If you can put up with the Erie winters, this is truly one of the best options to earn a top-notch college education
Their campus library is whack. Poor library public services.
Wish I would have went out of state inside of instate here. They only have two food places and dobbins closes early at 7:30, we have to pay for a parking pass which is expensive. There is really no fun at this college besides bingo night. Their is also alot of foregin students, white, and like 4%black. Proessors are nice and helpful but the school was very racist my freshman year, I ended up transferring to penn state university park and loved it. DO NOT GO HERE, waste of money!
Teachers and classes are good. However staff does not seem to care at all about you graduating. I have been told the wrong classes on several occasions to take costing me loads of extra money and time. There is also not enough parking at your classes.
Some of the best engineering education one can receive in the country. Very respected business school. Active student body, plenty of activities in the area. Made many friends here, like any college: You get what you put in.
At the end of my sophomore year the CDC (career development center) practically handed me a great internship at a local company which turned into a full-time opportunity when I graduated December 2008. I frequently think back on my good times at this place. Great school.
The Behrend campus is beautiful! It is great to have classes at such a beautiful campus. Even though I will be moving on to Main Campus to finish my college career, Behrend will hold a big place in my life.
ive gone here for colege for kids its realy cool im coming back this summer the stuff i learn here is realy usefull in school
