Very nice hard working group of men.
I worked framing and they would follow our crew from job to job sometimes installing insulation. Met a few here and there. Nothing bad to say whatsoever!

AWFUL! I have a HUGE wasp problem and I was just told over the phone I need to find a contractor to figure out where they are coming in. This problem has been going on for a year and a half and these people can t seem to find where the wasps are originating from. I was also suggested to find a fireplace guy to see where they are coming in at from the fireplace. I have given them a year and a half to get rid of this problem and NOTHING, WASPS everywhere. UNBELIEVABLE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Friendly people on the phone and in person. I'm planning on using them to treat the brown recluse spiders in a home we just purchased. Reasonable rates as well

A B Pest & Insulation has been fantastic at our home on Blackfoot Rd at Lake of the Ozarks. They spray the house quarterly and have always been reliable and efficient. We also have had them do our lawn treatments for bugs and weeds - the lawn looked amazing!

Owners, Bert & Lisa, are very involved in the community at the Lake, as well. It's always nice to see people give back to the local community that supports their business.

I have had service with AB Pest Control for over a year. I noticed from the card that was left that the crawlspace was not sprayed. I called in to make sure that they were spraying it on the next service call. I had actually even spoken with someone previously about where the garage key was so that they could spray the crawlspace. Apparently when my contract renewed the crawlspace was not included on the renewal. Not a big deal, just called in to talk to them about it. The supposed owner was the one that answered the phone and was immediately rude, then proceeded to scream at me that the crawlspace was not included in my contract. She completely went off, I have no idea why. Completely unprofessional and insane! Should have been a simple 2 minute conversation. I don't know what is wrong with this lady but I immediately canceled my contract and definitely do not recommend using them!

This company did a termite inspection as part of a home inspection on a house that I'm selling. They stated that there were termites on the property and submitted a quote for $1,150 to take care of the issue. They were hoping I would just pay them since it would look bad for potential buyers of my home. Instead I had a reputable company come out and do a full termite inspection of my property the next day and that company told me that they were no signs of termites or there ever being termites on my property. This company is scamming people into thinking that their are issues that aren't there so they can make money! I highly recommend you seek out help from a reputable company for your pest control not a company just looking to make a quick buck!!!

I called AB pest control on the 10th of August because we moved into a new place and there were scorpions. We have small children so it was a problem. I decided to go with a quarterly service. They mailed me to contract and I signed and returned on the 18th of August. I was told someone would be contacting me for an appointment. I was just called today on September the 4th to schedule. Absolutely ridiculous!! And I live less than 2 minutes from them. They obviously don't want my business and upon finding out their error they did nothing to win my business back.
