I called AB pest control on the 10th of August because we moved into a new place and there were scorpions. We have small children so it was a problem. I decided to go with a quarterly service. They mailed me to contract and I signed and returned on the 18th of August. I was told someone would be contacting me for an appointment. I was just called today on September the 4th to schedule. Absolutely ridiculous!! And I live less than 2 minutes from them. They obviously don't want my business and upon finding out their error they did nothing to win my business back.
