I have had service with AB Pest Control for over a year. I noticed from the card that was left that the crawlspace was not sprayed. I called in to make sure that they were spraying it on the next service call. I had actually even spoken with someone previously about where the garage key was so that they could spray the crawlspace. Apparently when my contract renewed the crawlspace was not included on the renewal. Not a big deal, just called in to talk to them about it. The supposed owner was the one that answered the phone and was immediately rude, then proceeded to scream at me that the crawlspace was not included in my contract. She completely went off, I have no idea why. Completely unprofessional and insane! Should have been a simple 2 minute conversation. I don't know what is wrong with this lady but I immediately canceled my contract and definitely do not recommend using them!
