I order concert and confirm 5 time about truck delivery time from sale girls. Both very very rude . They never deliver truck on time. Most time behind the delivery time. One hour Truck delivery window change to 3 hour. All Concert people set free for 3 hour and charge me money for free setting. End of day I cancel my order. Do not waste money and time .
Poor customer service trying to get information on concrete, I don t know if it s a girl with deep voice or a guy either way very rude person I was asking questions and he/she seemed frustrated... Need proper training on how to handle calls
Mike is worst dispatcher I saw in logistics position. I was ordered 3 trucks in one day and told to Mike send then hour between each another and he sent 20 min between them and they charge overtime for 2nd 1hour detention. 120$ and charge from 3rd truck 300$ detention. Worst experience i had.
ALSO they lie on what they put inside, when we find that and catch them Mike says " we sorry", what is means so sorry, they try took your money and when you catch them they said so sorry?
Run away from this company.
When I called him, he slept in the workplace and when I arrived He said that he was walking on the street even when I arrived he had very sleepy eyes
Guys try use Elite Concrete they have better dispatch and bring you quick concrete then A and A.
This company is a senior concrete company serving locations thru out all of california and there is a good reason why they still continue to expand.

Poor customer service, first thing they answer their phone with is attitude!
We set the time for noon for the truck to come.
The time was confirmed three times.
All morning they were calling since 8:30am asking if we were ready so they can drop the cement off and Everytime I told them not until noon. Then they arrived at 11:30 and I didn t get there till almost 11:50 and they CHARGED me over $100 because of overtime/stand time. They arrived early so how is it considered standing time/overtime if we had agreed at noon?
great customer service, called them with a urgent request and they were really helpful. i will def use them again
