By far my favorite restaurant on the east end, and possibly all of Long Island the Co owner and owner Ali Erdem and Zach Erdem never let me down with the absolute mouth watering food that makes me get a craving every night over all very good service and all if staff is so kind thank you 75 main!!!

Very good. Pricy....... There were two of us for dinner and we decided to share the Little Neck clams as an appetizer. First, it was absolutely delicious. And it was large enough to be a meal in itself, glad we were sharing it. For the entrees we chose to have the specials, I chose the salmon and my guest had the New York Strip. The salmon was delicious and cooked to perfection and was served with lobster mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The other entree was a beautifully cooked New York strip steak served with mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe. Everything we had for dinner was delicious. The decor is very nice however it was very loud and we were thankful to be sitting near the front with the windows open. I would strongly recommend this to anyone but please note it is pricey.
I went to 75 Main with some friends for drinks and appetizers. It was a beautiful day so we sat at the tables outside. The service was great and everyone was extremely friendly. I couldn't decide what to drink. The bartender was very kind and recommended a few of their signature cocktails to me. I ordered a strawberry mojito and it was delicious! We ordered calamari to snack on and that was very good as well. Great atmosphere for a great meal with friends. I will be going back!
The service at this restaurant was not up to par. The waiter didn't come over and check on us at all. We had to keep flagging other waitresses when we needed something. The waiter also came off rude; he was not personable at all. To add to that, the food was mediocre...nothing spectacular.

I went to 75 main with some friends for lunch, and our experience was amazing from the moment we entered the door and were greeted by the owner Zach Erdem. We even got to talk with the head chef, Mark Militello, who gave us the ultimate insider secrets to his favorite menu items. I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich served with a side of fries. The bread that my sandwich came on was so soft and fresh, and the flavors worked together perfectly. The quaint little town of Southampton was the perfect backdrop for an exceptional restaurant.

This is my go to place for a quick bite to eat and a late night drink. Staff is always friendly even when they are swamped during summer weekends. Food is good and always prepared fresh. Reasonable selection of local seafood and fresh veggies from local farms. Place is roomy and always able to accommodate last minute reservation. Love coming here.
Truffle fries are delicious. 3 salads and all were good. Disappointing that the Cobb salad uses canned olives. The women's room was filthy.

I just went there last week and ate the delicious chicken parmasen as a dinner at the bar which was only $8 and huge portion size of chicken pluss spaghetti! And wanna eat again just saw the restaurant was close for 4 days spoke w the owner . And i wanna share my comment here just for explaining to others the restaurant is so nice and food was delicious winter prices are lowest than summer prices !!!

It was my first time at 75 Main Southampton. It is a perfect place to meet your friend for lunch or dinner! The atmosphere was warm and friendly. Lovely hostess seated us at the nice and clean table.
My friends and I had lunch there and I ordered Prime Truffle Burger! It came with well salted french fries. Prime Burger was super delicious! It was one of the best burgers I ever tried!
I had such a good time that I didn t want to leave amazing place to dine! I highly recommend 75 Main to dine, you will Love it!

Bistro style with very attentive service, (water cup is ALWAYS full). We had dinner there one evening and went back again for lunch another day. Both meals were superb! Zach s salad was delish (ordered my dressing on the side, but it was so good, I couldn t stop dipping into it!). Bread at dinner tasted divine (and freshly baked). I had the bronzino for dinner (soo tasty; cooked with lots of lemon and garlic, and fresh and sweet as can be.) For lunch I had the balsamic salmon, which again, was fabulous, and the chef happily accomodated my dieting request to sub out the risoto for veggies, (and delivered the most fresh, delicious, perfectly blanched and seasoned broccoli, asparagus AND green beans.) Two perfect healthy summer meals.
We came there because breakfast was included and came with our room. While the food was very good the most of the staff was horrible. Starting with the hostess which was obviously not a morning person to the server which was just ignoring us for the most of the times. The runners were actually really polite so kudos to them and they were the only reason why we tipped generously...

Definitely one of the worst restaurants in the Hamptons in terms of value: the worst service I think I ve ever had (a busboy had to step in as our waiter), food was as mediocre and run of the mill as it gets, host staff was incredibly rude. Will never be coming back.

Last weekend I enjoyed the quinoa black bean burger at 75 Main in SouthHampton. I was very excited to see that the restaurant offered healthy foods and enjoyed the delicious burger! It came on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes. The restaurant had a very good environment as all the staff was very kind and welcoming. The inside of the restaurant was well decorated and very bright - perfect setting for a summer lunch!
One of the nicer restaurant operating during the off season. We grabbed dinner here last week. We brought our dog. They were very kind. We sat outside and ate our meal. We ordered steak and duck. They were delicious. Service was excellent. The server and hostess kept checking on us to make sure that we didn't need or want anything. It was a pretty good dining experience. The only improvements would be is the weather - a little warmer, please.

Wow. Where do I begin? I ll say this. The sushi and sashimi here is totally fresh and delicious. With that being said it was one of the worst dining experiences of all time . The clientele leaves A LOT to be desired and the staff is nice but easily confused . It s loud, crowded and the vibe is pretty obnoxious. I hate to give a negative reviews but when visitors rely on reviews to make restaurant choices it s important to give a full picture. Next time I d do sushi take-out and 100% skip the restaurant.
My first experience at 75 Main in Southampton, NY was met with an extremely attentive staff and a delicious meal. I ordered the Traditional Maine Lobster Roll which was the best tasting decision i made at any restaurant i visited for the first time.
I am the indecisive diner especially when I visit a restaurant for the first time. It took me a while to decide but I was ultimately happy with my meal. The lobster tasted fresh and the pull-apart bun was perfect in combination. I practically scraped my plate because I didn t allow a single piece of lobster to fall from my bun.
The restaurant was lively as diners cheered on their favorite teams playing in World Cup. The room had great energy and the waitstaff was courteous and in good spirits.

It was a horrible dining experience. They never informed us that their liquor license was suspended. Only after we ordered our meals did we find out that we could not order wine. I felt we were tricked. We should have been informed upon seating. At a minimum a manager should have have to apologize.
UGH - does not even deserve one star. literally disgusting food. Owner is horrible..have you heard the stories? The shirts are atrocious that he makes the staff wear. It's comical. Regardless of horrible service, the food is so bad and everybody is rude. I feel terrible for the staff. They have no clue what they're doing, but I still feel bad for them to have to deal with that owner. He was so rude. If the food was good it would be different. Absolutely nothing good about this place. Only the location.
Our food was cold, check was not right, did not get acknowledged for 15 + minutes, music was loud and it smelled bad in there. end of story, go somewhere else.

The place is overhyped. Food quality is fine. Menu and taste offering is okay. Service level is okay. Although they have a big plaque announcing some award they won in 2017 for best hospitality but I tell you don't expect them to carry that forward in 2018. We ordered Chicken Fajita and Bean-Quinoa Burger. Fajita was filling though and burger was decent since it was house-made. For desert we ordered the cheesecake and guess what it had a hair follicle. In my past experiences, usually the place doesn't charge for such a goof-up but not 75 Main! Another note they serve brunch till 4p. Even though the hostess tells you otherwise requesting them might work if you happen to get in the door by 4p
Terrible service. The food was mediocre at best and costs a fortune. The waiters/waitresses had a terrible attitude and some could hardly communicate with their clients. Don't waste your time, money or taste buds here.

Nice restaurant with Miami kind of vibes. My pasta was delicious and their seasonal cocktail list was great. Highly recommend the "hugo" cocktail. Good customer service!

It was a birthday dinner. Reserved on open table mentioned birthday. Told waiter about the occasion. Wait staff was not personable, in a hurry to take order. Items on the menu that we ordered were not what they served us. Worst of all they never recognized the birthday. They didn t even offer any dessert at all. It felt like they didn t care at all. We were ready to order more wine and food but after this service we tabbed out. Decided to find another restaurant to finish up the night. Food was a B. Service was an F!
Let me start off by saying the only reason I know the owner s name is because it s printed on every server s t-shirt with no reason why. My suspicion is to feed into his enormous ego... Zach Erdem would serve as a better bouncer than a restaurant owner. He sits out at a prime table by the front door 99% of the time anyways. If he d go inside, he d realize he s running an extremely overpriced scam of a restaurant serving food that lacks inspiration and flavor. The dishes are simply mediocre at best.

I swung in to town right at noon in the middle of the week and was looking for a solid meal. The burger was outstanding and the service was great and friendly. I will happily make the same stop on my next trip up to The Hamptons.
The breakfast was horrible, the bathrooms were filthy. Fruit flies everywhere! The table was missing pieces and the cook needs some training how to make eggs
My experience at 75 Main in Southampton was terrific. The restaurant had a welcoming staff and a lively atmosphere. I had ordered the Prime Black Truffle Burger, and not only had it arrived quickly, it was one of the best burgers I have had in long time. It was cooked exactly to my liking and was extremely flavorful and delicious. Overall, I had a great lunch at 75 Main!

19-08 One of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten, in addition to the rest of the dishes we tried, although they did not bring anything new, if they were executed with care and products of the highest quality. Special mention for cocktails, for variety and quality. The restaurant team very professional, close, and always worried to make you feel comfortable. The place is nice, typical of the area, and prices in the line of the Hamptons ... high but not abusive.

Amazing restaurant for people watching... the staff is attentive, friendly, and always going out of their way to accommodate us. The manager Sarah is always running around making sure everyone is enjoying their experience at 75 Main. Love this restaurant! Definitely a hot spot in the Hamptons! Must check out.
