Let me start off by saying the only reason I know the owner s name is because it s printed on every server s t-shirt with no reason why. My suspicion is to feed into his enormous ego... Zach Erdem would serve as a better bouncer than a restaurant owner. He sits out at a prime table by the front door 99% of the time anyways. If he d go inside, he d realize he s running an extremely overpriced scam of a restaurant serving food that lacks inspiration and flavor. The dishes are simply mediocre at best.
