My husband and I can thank one of your guys in San Antonio at the Aztec for the worst experience we have in the almost 200 concerts we have been to. We were at the Marilyn Manson show (which we are WELL aware there will be unruly people attending we have been to other shows of his). This was awful though. We were on the floor, to the right side of the stage if you are looking at it and up at the railing. A woman poured her beer down my head, was punching multiple people including myself in the body area, spitting on people, even pinned me against the railing with her arms and held me there and screamed and spit in my face. I tried to get your guy to help (larger Hispanic guy with a ponytail I believe) and he said to get over it we were at a rock show. He was clearly friends with her and her friend because they were talking before the show and he had one of their purses for them. He thought it was all amusing even when 4 other people left the show because she was physically assaulting them as well. He watched her hit people, spit on people and much more and thought it was funny, even after asked for help. When he left another security guard came over got up on the rail and made it VERY clear she was out of line and she finally stopped after her friend/your employee left. I am disgusted that the people there to make it a good safe experience not only did the opposite, but contributed to the horrible behavior. There will be a lawsuit on this guys clock I assure you that. It's a shame because we had never been to the Aztec and loved the venue, but your guy allowed this to be the worst experience we have ever had.

EVENT: Switchfoot - On 3/18/19 at Stubb s Waller Creek Amphitheatre, 801 Red River St, Austin, TX 78701.
Your security guards need to be educated on Texas Code of Criminal Procedure 2.1305 Carrying Weapon On Certain Premises.
It is unacceptable for your employees to treat an active LEO the same as someone with an LTC. Not just one employee, but 2, AND a supervisor. I just wonder how many folks don t argue..... Hopefully y all can address this issue so it won t happen in the future. Thanks

I recently went to a music festival in Austin where this event services company was working. The whole day was great until I asked a staff member if I could get out of the packed crowd because my blood sugar was low (36, to be exact) I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and hate having to use my disease as an excuse for an type of special treatment, but decided to ask anyways. He preceded to belittle me and assume I was lying, and told me I could leave if I wanted and pointed to the huge crowd behind me I would have to get through. I watched him and other staff members let numerous people leave through the gate, why he decided to be sarcastic about my sistuation; I have no idea. Just because I don't have a visible disability, doesn't mean it isn't life threatening. I would have been fine with denying my question if he wouldn't have acted like I was lying and mock me in front of the people around us.

I used to work for 5 Star and have been an attendant at several events where they have provided security. Working for them was pleasant on many occasions but they allow senior officers to bully younger staff and taunt women in dark corners of venues with no regard for their well-being. I was at an event last night and had a friend who required hydration. I went up to the shift lead at Circuit of the America s and asked for assistance. He looked me straight in the eye, grabbed my glass of water and threw it out while laughing at me. He did not provide any help and seemed to relish his authority and ability to be menacing. He did not provide any professional courtesy or even feign to respect me as a person, much less a fellow co-worker or even a patron of the venue. I was shocked by his brash rudeness and open-invitation for a confrontation. As a professional in the Austin business community, an advocate for local charities and someone who may need to hire a security group for my own venue, I was appalled by this blatant disrespect and just cruel treatment. I hope Circuit Of The America s evaluates the value of their vendors better in the future. There are options and 5 Star is not the best one.

I went in to the Milby location to inquire about the status of my job application. I was dressed very nice and politely asked to speak to HR about my application. Before I could even speak the lady in HR bluntly told me "we won't hire you", I was confused at this point, so I asked did I do or say something wrong? She then said "no we just won't hire you because you have a tattoo on your neck, sorry but this company doesn't hire anyone with tattoos!" This was very disheartening, I am a student at UofH in my last year trying pick up an extra job in hopes of earning extra money to avoid loans and pay bills and tuition. I didn't have an opportunity to speak at all nor review my resume or credentials with HR, I felt as if I was completely robbed of that opportunity when I was judged by my outer appearance(business casual), my neck tattoo is my daughter's name as well(nothing vulgar). This was very disappointing but hey it is what it is, it would be nice if the staff here were a little less blunt in their response, especially considering I drove 30min and was told in less than 2 secs that I would not be considered for employment. Have a blessed one!
