We really love it here! We only started coming late in the season so the snack bar wasn t fully stocked but everyone who worked there were very friendly, it was clean and such a great way to spend a night!

Lights over the ticket booth and even the "5 Drive-In" sign are way too bright and distracting during a movie; would be nice if they dimmed or turned off when the movies started. The screens are too close together too, so you can pretty much watch two screens at once which is not the most appealing.

Great drive in! You have to show up early on the weekend though because the line can get pretty long.

Suv and vans don't block your view in a car

Our car battery died. 100% out fault. Went to staff and filled out form for a boost. About an hour later the guy finally comes with a battery pack and tells us our SUV might be too big to boost (Acura MDX). Tried a couple times, pack was too small. Then we were told to call CAA. Awesome. Thanks. As we waited for CAA I read multiple reviews on here stating the same thing happened to them - if they historically can t boost SUV s they should ask people what kind of car they drive and tell them to call CAA if its anything bigger than a sedan. Such a waste of our time. CAA took another hour to arrive. In addition to all this The Addams Family was supposed to play first but they messed up the order of movies. Lots of people were upset as anyone with small kids (like us) were leaving after the first movie and missed the feature they came for. Frustrating and management does not care.

There are not many places left that can transport you back to a simpler era.Going to the drive in is one of those places and 5 Drive in the perfect time machine. It has been a yearly tradition and my kids love it. Sure it is crowded, the snack bar is pricey, the grounds look like the 70s never ended, but that is what gives this place it's charm. The plus side is you get a double feature and the kids can fall asleep while you watch in the comfort of your car. An amazing blast from the past minus the smell of the coiled bug repellent (those over 40 will get that one).

Very small screens. Lighting is bad. Hard to focus on the movie with all the car sounds. Only good to watch movies that don't need concentration.

Washrooms are absolutely disgusting and needs more vegetarian options at the concession. Great aside from those two issues.

Would give it a 5-star, but have issues every time we go. My wife is visually impaired and we drive a full-size pick-up. We have called and gotten permissions to park at the front so my wife can see, but we constantly get asked to move. We can't take another vehicle, because all we own is the pickup so we always have to explain the situation and it's getting old.

We love the drive in its such a nice place to have a date night. The screens are all good and the movies they play are great. The snack bar is a little slow moving but otherwise all is awesome!

Great experience for friends and family fun. Remember to plan out sitting. Bring portable chairs if needed.

It's been years since I have been here. Finally got around to going last week. Couldn't have had a better time. Two movie for $20. Not many establishments around that can provide that many hours of entertainment for such a reasonable price. Will definitely get in another visit or two before the season is over

Keep your car off during the movie. People like to sit outside and don't wanna hear your car engine

Great place but make sure you buy tickets online before you go. Once there told you can get tickets there and movie we wanted was sold out. Left long line and looked at website that didn't say you MUST buy tickets online and said movie wasn't sold out. We purchased tickets and went back in line and there was lots and lots of room in the movie we wanted.

Great experience! Make sure to get there an hour earlier to get a good spot :)

Really enjoy this drive-in but the washroom sinks don't work nicely and they only have one open for all three screens.

Love it here. Only thing I would change is to not let people in if the movie has already started as it is very distracting to people trying to watch the movie.

Always come back for that old timey movie experience. Just so cozy and beautiful. Screen 1 is the best of the three!

Best place to go if your craving some nostalgia or just a good ole date night. Fairly cheap rates and the screens are very clear. Personally can't get enough of the dinner, they have all the junk food you could possibly want from poutine to deep fried pickles to funnel cakes and everything inbetween.

Love the drin inn experience..but come on..its 2019..they must b able to do something to fix the night scenes..u r looking at a black screen evertime its a night scene..very disappointing..

Nothing beats the drive in. Well worth the price of admission. Two and sometimes three movies for less than you'd pay for one at a conventional theatre. And the old timey charm never wears thin.

Good place for drive in movie , but the food place is a ripoff

Came for HyperMeet 2017 and had a great time. Plenty of space and great selection of food and drink. Playground in front of the movie screen is great for kids in between movies or before the show starts.

We love the drive in. Due to Covid, spaces are limited and they now want you to watch movie from inside your car. But still a great, great night out with kids!

Have to cut through screen one to get to concession and bathrooms.
Watched screen 3... Glare from the spotlight of a night club kept flashing on the screen the whole night. Very strict about screen switching. Line is just as long as starlite (out on the road) after so many years you think all the drive ins would have come up with a solution.
The redeeming two stars comes from fast and polite service in the concession stand, and they movies were up to date in comparison with the starlite or mustang.

My go to drive in theatre! Located in Oakville, it is a bit of a drive from Toronto. But, it is totally worth it. Make sure you get there a little earlier than the first movie so as to find a good spot. You can stay for up to 3 movies.

Amazing. This is the last drive in theater in Toronto. Only issues I had were the 25 minute lineup and done people turning on their car lights during the movie, but that's like someone on their phone in a regular theater. We'll come back

Been going here for many years now and I absolutely enjoy it, especially on nights when they show upto 4 movies.

It's always nice to get out and sit under the stars

Food is alright but the movie place itself is great :) had a great time.

Great summer memories. Employing local youth so they can get work experience. That one guy always has his lights on so just ask them politely to turn them off

One car per drive-in bay means lots of room to social distance while watching. We need more drive-ins.

My first drive in movie (I'm from the UK and this is all new to me) So much fun I absolutely loved it. Great nite out for the family. Shame the screens are rife under a flight path tho lol

Great place to watch a movie with your family or friends during the beautiful summer months.

Picture your hatchback open, you and your significant other are lying casually in the back breathing in fresh air, your car speakers are the audio, you're in full control of the volume, the screen is massive. Additionally, every visit gives you two back-to-back films, often a good pairing, too. The cherry on top is often you'll experience a sunset around the beginning of the first film. Definitely has stopped me from going to traditional movie theatres almost entirely.

Long line up to get in, but organized and a nice venue for outdoor movies in the summer.

Makes great family dates! Especially because it s hard to maintain a toddler in a regular theatre

Great place for a drive in movie under the night stars!

I come here quite often to watch the latest films in the comfort of my car. The only downside is their management of traffic, especially on opening weekends.

Good place! Easy to park and watch from the comfort of your car. To enhance the experience take a pillow and blankets. Listen to the movie through a designated radio station.. make sure your battery can handle this! Overall was a grear experience, great way to enjoy the theatre experience during these COVID times!

Great outing, especially if you're looking for something to do as a family or small group during covid. They have taken steps to make the whole experience enjoyable and safe - no contact ticketing, cars spaced further apart, staff stationed outside the bathroom doors ensuring they don't become crowded, concession space with distancing + an outdoor handout for food.

Really can't recommend this enough if you're missing watching on a big screen. You can leave after one movie and its still worth your money for the experience.

Horrible organization. Took 30 mins to get through when we arrived only to make it around the final corner and realize that nobody was directing people to all the available ticket booths. When someone finally came out to direct people things actually started moving. It would have been nice if they learned from this lessons but I guess they don t care because we have now been waiting 30 mins to leave and we haven t even made it out of our row! Will not recommend nor ever return.

This place is awesome, they play the kids movie early, that way the kids are usually crashed, and the parents get to relax and watch their movie.

Great experience. More than just movies, there is a playground and volleyball court to stay busy before. Arrive at least 1/2 hour before the first movie starts. Lines are long and the parking spots fill up quickly. The washrooms are usually dirty, could use a lot more attention. It is so cheap! You could never go to a regular theatre for the same price!

Just going from my 2 experiences: Gets a bit crowded, but there is still enough good spots if you go early, and there are always enough spots even if you go late. The snacks are expensive and not anything special, I recommend not buying them there, just bring your own. You can bring chairs and blankets (and bring mosquito repellent if you plan on sitting outside). The screens are really big, so unless you are super far back, the view is pretty good. Tuesday and Thursday are the best nights for getting a deal (Cheaper tickets on tuesday, and a good carload price on Thursdays) You always have the option to see two movies if you'd like. It's nice being outside, and the ambient noises from the surrounding area aren't too bad.

Went to watch a movie (last show), place was packed from the previous viewers , went back to get a refund within 10min but was hasseled by the ticket staff for a refund. Train your damn staff.

AMAZING! I have been to a few drive in theatres in Ontario and this one is by far my favourite. Great lay out and directional lighting to entrance was added bonus

Nice drive in theatre.. it was my first time there and really enjoyed it! Better to get there early to get the best spot.

I always have a great time when I come. Ticket people are friendly, workers always ready to give your car a boost if needed, and commercials before and after movies give it such a home-y feel.

Okay. Would be much better if the owners could manage the concession stand better. Waited 25 min for popcorn and a drink. Maybe have a separate line for that vs hot food orders. Watched 4 people just walk out of the line frusfrated, so just lost sales. Next time might just bring my own food.

It's so great to still have a drive in around! Great price for 2 movies! Not sure of food or prices,we didn't eat there .

This is the best drive in I've ever been too, I love the late 1000 vibe it gives off, the popcorn is phenomenal and the poutine is perfect, the one thing that I've been missing is the service, if you get there to the snack area 10+ minutes before the movie starts then you're good.

Terrible experience. We've been to many drive-in movies and the projection at this one was so dark we couldn't tell what was happening. We couldn't see visual information that was necessary to follow the plot. The staff and managers were in way over their heads: as they admitted, car headlights were blocking out the already barely visible projection for the first hour. When I spoke to one manager, she was rude ("this isn't the IMAX!"), patronizing ("we don't make the films") and she refused to acknowledge a problem that another customer had also come by to point out ("this is what all drive-in screens are like--look, at least I can see his face"). Appalling customer service and no refund or voucher offered.
