Fun time with the family, snack bar is closed due to Covid right now but it's usually packed with awesome stuff. Good reception in the car for sound and the screen is large and visible. Only downside is your time is only as good as the people around you. Headlights on the screen is a pretty big distraction. However if your car battery does run out and won't start they will jump your car free of charge and get you going.

Was fun. Kids liked it. Car lost battery so they boosted it for me which was good. Only thing was they let the car next to me run for the entire movie and that was annoying. Also the weed smell was overwhelming sometimes. They should really try to enforce the no smoking

Usually a really great time, but they oversold last night's show. We spent the afternoon fixing the car, packing the car, prepping and driving 3 towns over just to watch the show. We arrived and were sold tickets to an over packed lot. We were told we had to park our SUV at the front (merely 10 feet from the screen, on a downhill-facing slope) or we could leave, even though there were empty spaces and they had stopped selling tickets because we'd be blocking other cars. When we explained to the manager the work we went through just to attend she answered, "I'm not even supposed to be here. I'm the manager, I should be in the office." There was no attempt to remedy the situation or problem solve. The snack bar had attendents who open popcorn bags by sticking their bare hands in it before scooping popcorn into it. Their washrooms were also out of order or running poorly and neglected. I believe that ALL the employees need better training. Terrible experience last night.

I LOVE movies. Unfortunately my partner does not feel comfortable inside movie theaters. Drive in movies is the perfect alternative for us. It's also perfect for COVID because you stay in your car for the movie (social distance). I came here for my 24th birthday.

We had awesome experience! Best place to watch movies. The staff is friendly and the place is well organized. The crowd is fairly decent as well. If you go early and find a good spot, the experience is better. Oh, bring something for the mosquito bites if you're planning to watch with open roof or trunk. Also bring blanket and pillows. We could hear theater quality sound from our car radio on their frequency. The lights of passing car can be a little disturbing if you're watching an intense thriller movie and some of the scenes are set in dark. The washrooms were clean. Didn't visit their food stall so no idea about the food there. Overall, it was a fun night.

Sound could be better. Pretty staticky. I don't recommend watching movies with a lot of night/low light scenes. You can barely see if it's a night scene. Over all the experience was different and positive. I'd visit this theater again.

Love this place! My first drive in experience and I am looking forward to coming back. Concession was quick and everyone was super friendly and accommodating with recommending food and snacks to get.

Loction has 3 screens. Not all of them have outdoor speakers. Concession was not bad, got the fried pickle and popcorn. Best vehicle to take is a van, suv or a pickup open the back and enjoy.

the box office attendants are nice but the rest of the crew has the worst attitude. its shame!! i had same experience twice now.I'm going to take the family to Cherry st drive in. 100 times better. will not recommend and i will share my experience on Facebook as well.

I took my daughters here for their first drive-in experience. For the most part is was ok, but the overall experience left me a little disappointed.
First off, I hadn't been to a drive-in in a long time, so I didn't realize that it was a double feature (two for one). That's a good deal if you show up for the first movie, but unfortunately I showed up for the second showing and still had to pay full price _($28.00)_.
Second, you have to be careful that the two movies are compatible (i.e. kid friendly) because if not you will have to miss one and there are no refunds.
Third, there was one car that continually shined their lights at the screen throughout most of the movie (again no refunds).
And lastly you will have to use your car radio _(unless you bring a portable one)_ to hear the movie via the localized radio station, because there are no associated movie speakers. This is great unless you battery dies, and oh they do have a battery charger. Hey maybe that explains why that car kept turning on their headlight, maybe they were trying to keep the battery charged.
The guy with the headlights and the one a few rows over that kept his car running made for a lackluster experience.

Oh one more observation, get there extremely early _(one or two hours)_ if you want a decent parking space; and make sure you bring plenty of repellent, because the mosquitos are horrendous.

Lots of fun for the kids and adults. Lineups for snack bar are way too long waited 30 mins for popcorn. Need more cashiers working at the 2nd screen snack bar but we still had a good time. We would go again and tell friends to go too!

The girls working the concession are EXTREMELY rude. The little girl with blonde hair and glasses tried telling me I ate my fries when I went back asking to get more because they filled the one box to the top and the second box only half full... also they had melted cheese on top which wasn t disturbed like it would ve been if I ate it. All I wanted was half a scoop more so it would be worth the $5 I spent on one box of fries but she chose to get rude and argumentative and instead I got ALL my money back which is an extra loss for the business (food cost and refund). She also tried telling me she couldn t do anything because I didn t have my receipt (but I memorized my order #)... THE RECEIPT SHE TOOK FROM ME AND THREW IN THE GARBAGE WHEN SHE GAVE ME MY FOOD!?? I felt like I was being interrogated and accused for THEIR mistake. I m extremely disappoint with this service and lack of professionalism by their employees

Great price and one of the last places for experiencing a Drive-In Cinema.
Down turn is that it's not all paved, so finish up all covered with dust when other cars drive by to their spots.

Experience watching screen 2 (sunset) was horrible. Sound crackles and unbalanced audio levels throughout the duration of the show despite several complaints to management. Also, food from the concession was just warmer than room temperature, specifically the gravy on the poutine and the meat on the pulled pork. Our family loves this drive-pin and we usually have a great time. We are very disappointed with this experience.

I'm far from an expert but i was expecting more. Covid did have an effect but common courtesy is always appreciated. Staff did not enforce lights out and staff seems very lazy and loud

But theater 3 is bad for watching movies. The sun setting takes too long so first 1/4 of movie is ruined

Memorable.

Only improvement would be better distancing enforcement during this pandemic period. We found there to be ignorant opportunist sneaking their cars between the designated spaces after the movie had started.

Not their fault. It's more the movie goers. Learn how to use your headlight system before you show up and blind everyone for 10 minutes making us miss the most important part of the movie.

They made it very clear where to go and the radio was clear. However, there were kids that would jump in front of the projector and ruin parts of the movie for everyone, so better enforcement there would be great.

Great experience! It was my first time to experience a dive-in movie theater. The sound was amazingly clear, and I was happy that I was able to talk about the movie with my boyfriend when we were watching it. Overall, everything was perfect except that the car s engine kept dying while we were watching the movie. Make sure you know how to keep the car on without the engine running.

A first time "meh" experience with drive in theatre. Come at least an hour on a weekend to get in car line and to get a decent spot. Parked the car in the middle of lot and screen wasn't as clear even when it turned dark. Can be disruptive with group of people and cars driving passing by during movie. For price paid and experience, I'd stick with regular seat in cinema. But if I'm in Oakville once in a while then I'll probably do this again.

this is a fun way to see a movie or two. Great to go on your own, on a date or as a group. (Tip- if you're taking family/kids make sure their personality is one that would be happy to sit in a vehicle for 2 plus hours. )

It is also best if you see movies you've seen before, or are on your "would like to see"list the screens are a bit dark. Its a very fun time but save the first screening of Star Wars or other "yeaaaaasss" movie for the big screen.

I can't believe this place. I don't even know where to start. First of all, if u have a car that is SLIGHTLY taller than a sedan, don't bother going to screen 3 because they will make you sit directly under the screen and break your neck. Screen 1 is the only screen really worth going to if you wanna enjoy the movie. Secondly, their bathrooms are without a doubt the most disgusting disease barn I have ever seen. The urinals has condoms in them, and a blunt, and I tried to go to the toilet instead and it was destroyed with rust and piss everywhere. Keep in mind, this is when the drive in just opened, so no one has had any time to make this mess on the day, they just didn't care enough to clean anything for what looks like 3 months. Finally, have you ever heard of a drive in without a booster pack for your car? Because here it is. Our car wasn't turning on so we said no big deal, they advertise on the website that they have a booster pack for if you battery dies so we'll just go to the front and ask for it. And then what do you know, "It broke a couple of nights ago." So the booster pack "broke" and with all the money they make they couldn't afford to buy a new one? And instead they offered us a tow truck??? All in all, don't go to this drive in if you A. Wanna watch a movie (unless if it's in screen 1.) B. Don't want a disease from their bathrooms. Or C. Have a car that might get a dead battery cuz they won't help you with that.
Edit: I forgot to mention that there was a girl who worked there who was extremely rude, I asked about the screen set up for screen 3 and she got so sassy with me and told me "that's how the screen is set up." I honestly am at a loss for words at how bad this experience was.

My first experience at a drive in but well worth it. Easy to find parking. 1 point off because the staff was not helpful. Did not tell us which station to tune into. Had to ask someone else since it was our first time.

I got a ticket for 2 person 1 car
Then I needed to add 1 more person later, but then been told that I can t. I can t buy another 1 person 1 car ticket or can t cancel my ticket. Very frustrating and annoying.

Make sure to get there at least an hour early to get a good spot. I really appreciated how well we could see and how organized the movies were with appropriate signs. There are great admission deals depending on the day. There's volleyball and a park to enjoy before the movie. Dogs are welcomed on leashes. The bathroom was one of those motion sensored ones, so it attacks you with water every few seconds because it's too powerful. It caused water to be on the floor in front of the toilets causing it to be slippery. The drive-in let people in late and people kept turning their headlights on which was incredibly distracting. I would suggest having someone drive around on a golf cart giving people warnings for lights and then just kicking them out after a warning. I would also suggest a 10 minute before the show cut off so people have time to find a place to park.
I would only go back if that policy was in place because it was very distracting, but it was good for the price and played on my radio which was enjoyable.

Old timey, but a bit run down...it's a unique experience for sure but there are a lot of variables that will affect your evening (comfort level of your car, type of car in front of you, sensitivities bugs and...smells). Use the bathroom early if possible, it gets worse the later it is....food is a bit overpriced, but understandable as that's the only real thing they must make money on, on the other hand it is quite delicious...

I love this Drive-In! The canteen offers great movie snack foods, staff are polite and helpful. Their movie lineups are usually great, and long weekend triple features are the best! As an added bonus I can t hear anybody s children and can wear my pjs.

Went for Canada Day! Saw Annabelle Comes Home, Really glad they were still open, radio frequency is amazing, popcorn was yummy, pop was flat but oh well, there weren't alot of vehicles parked, clear view of the movie, also pack mosquito repellent. Overall movie experience 10/10 definitely going back.

Great 3 screen outdoor theatre. Friday nights best..watch 3 movies for $13. Play area for kids..swings and few rides. Volly court for adults. Good place to go out with kids, friends and family.

I like this place, very good concept to the good old days. I like that the sound is coming from your car speakers, if you have decent system, you will get a great experience of sound.
Less the 5 stars because the washroom is a good hike from where the screen was.

I cant say that I was all that impressed. They switched the movie that I was there to see into a different theatre even though the website indicated differently. Then when I went to pay, I asked to split the transaction as I was paying debit but my sister had cash. I was told it had to be in one transaction, which made no sense. Lastly I was told I had to move back to the back 3 rows as I had a larger vehicle, which I dont really, because my vehicle would block the view of people behind me. This was by a wandering individual, when I should have been told this by the girl at the ticket booth. I dont have the best vision, so having to move to the back made the viewing harder for me. The movies were great, but the experience left something to be desired. If you have that kind of problem, you should raise the screen to make it viewable by everyone regardless of where they park.

Loved it. Just got back from my first ever drive in movie and I can say it was epic. This place has such a 1950's feel it is so cool. Had a great spot and it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely be back
