Excellent company. Extremely happy with everything I ve gotten from them. Also ever time I make a purchase I receive a discount for the next purchase. Their meals smell and taste great a hell of a lot better than your MREs do and they last longer too. My favorite is their oatmeal smells great. I m storing brown sugar and syrup along side to go with it.
I tried to contact them about a need for parts to my water filtering system, but they never got back to me..nothing I tried worked but I did find out that they were back ordered for new filters..No idea when they'll get them...I'm not happy at all w them..I never got an answer about my need for a new spout for it either as it was leaking & not putting out much water at a time...had to get it from Amazon...but I still need more filters..don't really know what to do about it...guess I'll try Amazon again, but they prob don't have them..we'll see..
Customer service was very helpful with explanations regarding the power sidekick and any other question I had. All products I had purchased were of good quality and easy to handle. The 1800 solar generator worked well when I ran it and fed electricity to my refrigerator for several hours. The flashlights are powerful and versatile.
Ordering of product was easy and arrival of product was unexpectedly prompt. Although I haven't actually eaten any of the product I trust the quality will be in line with the packaging and the ease and speed of the rest of their provisional service. I bought a 2-year supply of emergency food back up and I made a tragic mistake by giving them my email address and phone number. I probably get 10 to 15 emails per week and only God knows how many text messages. I have asked them on three occasions to please remove my phone number and email from their notification list because I know of their product and I don't need to be solicited to spend money or buy more of their product but yet they keep sending me the spam. The last time I called I told the young lady that if it continues I'll just have to take my business someplace else and I still get all the spam emails and text messages so,

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I received my order for two 3-mo survival food orders. There was a delay in shipping of one of the totes of food. Once they figured out what happened, another was ordered right away with a few complimentary items for my trouble. Mandy was extremely helpful when I reached out with my frustration and disappointment in not getting my full order. She fixed the problem, and I will be ordering from them again.
during the last flood, we were without power for 3 days and my solar generator was wonderful. I kept my husbands insulin cold without me having to worry about having to find enough ice to keep it from going bas. what a great item to have.I will never be without a solar generator again.
Ordered and shipped promptly, everything showed up in excellent condition. Just feels good knowing that you have other options and you don't have to rely on the normal supply chains in the case of an emergency. Piece of mind is always a good way to stay calm during tense situations.
