I went to the Fort Lauderdlae office for a consultation. ROBIN who attended to me didnt even analysed my issues. She kept on PUSHING that I should get a botox shot in my forehead for $139 instead of critiquing my needs. So I agreed after being pressured to have the botox shot. 2 days later my forehead looked very swollen and puffy and larger than usual. She also promised a vitamin D shot for free if I gave her a 5 star review. This place dont care about people. They are about the money. Sorry but I wont go back!

Today was my first appointment with Elisa the PA. She really took the time to explain everything to me very throughly and made me feel so comfortable. Elisa was not only knowledgeable but she was very gentle. I highly recommend her and will definitely be going back to her for future appointments.

What a serene environment! The office is very chic and upscale and also very friendly and attentive staff. EVERYTIME I go in for vitamin shots and IV therapy I leave feeling completely renewed. Penny the "manager" is SO RUDE and does not understand how to speak with customers. She's condescending & I couldn't imagine hiring her to run my company. After she was so awful to me I asked for her manager's information. She refused to give me any information. She said she was the highest person up I could speak with. She HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and I heard her say to her employee to tell me she was busy. This place is a JOKE and I will be canceling my membership with my bank since she refused to do so on her end and wouldn't even let me speak. She kept interrupting me- so unprofessional I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going here and dealing with this chick.

After waiting 45 min to be seen on June 11th for my first time visit.I had 3 areas of dysport .I was going out of town on the 18th and was returning the 25th. I called the office the Friday before I left to inform them that in two areas I still had movement. I was told that I needed to wait 16 days before I could come back for a touch up. I informed them I was going out of town . I was told to call back if I was still having the issues when I returned from my trip. I've had this procedure done in the past I've never ever needed to come back so I wasn't familiar with the rules. I've started calling them when I return. I couldn't get through to the Boca office I was told someone will return my call.Long story short . I received my call back today 7/8 and was informed that I was out of the 10-day window to have touch up. Meanwhile when I called the first time I was told that I had to wait 16 days now when someone finally calls me back it's 10 days.Also there wasn't a record of my initial call informing me to call back when I return. I was told that at a reduced fee they could touch up the areas.I told him that i would rather leave an honest review because this isn't right and was a total waste of money. The area that actually did take on my right is fine now but i did experience my eyelid drooping for about 7 days.I had to leave 1 star for the one area that actually worked.Not a fan and won't return.Hope someone finds this veiw useful .I have an appointment next week to have 4ever youngs work corrected elsewhere.
