No one ever picks up the phone to answer a simple call on unscheduled water disruption despite calling a few times and waiting for more than 5 minutes each time for someone to pick up and answer the call. Why bother having the phone number to call anyway?

This place is wonderful, I love this place very much and hope that it will be always open! Suggested to people who love this shop, please visit it! Its an experience that cant be missed! This shop is open most of the days so if you have time, just drop by to help them.
Very bad service. 16 counters but only 4 staff works at the counter. Waiting period more then 3 hrs.Que number giving staff rude to customer. Especially to old people. Do hire more staff to serve better and fast.

Unfortunately I can't post the review if I don't give at least one star. If possible I don't want to give even half star for the service. Too many documents to fill in and the guy at the ticketing counter will not issue ticket if the documents are incomplete. At the same time we r not given guidance on what information to fill in. Since only one guy at the counter we need to wait long for our turn. But the most stupidest part is where we need a witness to sign in the agreement. The staff can't be the witness it seems and I was asked to approach the customers there who came to settle their bills. I was literally begging ppl to be my witness.
Please review ur process and be considerate. Opening new account for TnB and Indah Water was easy and smooth but Syabas was a PAIN!

Surprised that HQ is like this, seems like the guy at the ticketing counter had to do all the checking alone, only then the staffs at the counters processed.
Time consuming because the guy only gives ticket after everything is perfect in the forms & documents.
Spent about 2 hours here just to open an account.

Most the time the pipe will be broken at selayang area and almost all the time facing water interruption problem. Everytime they fix will be broken again within a week. Dont know whether the technician not professional enough to fix or either there is no quality for the pipes. Really sick of this and pls Air selangor please look into this matter serious. Each time call your cust service there is no valid answer or estimation given. The only answer is we are waiting for latest info from our operation team !!

Such poor service at all times.. i wish i could not give that single star too.. no water at taman shamelin for 2 days already nor there is a supply at all. Was given a notice saying that water would be back by today but nothing till now!. To disrupt the water supply very punctual and efficient but to continue the supply as usual always late and doesn't keep their words..sick and tired with this!!!!!
Unscheduled water disruption at the time of MCO. Never inform earlier for ppl to store water and this is getting more and more frequent, what the hell?
It's really hard to answer the call. Busy sms when there is a problem contact the company but cheat je call not to answer. Do not want to cover the water. Former user. The user has the right to know when the water will close. At least we can get some water

We called the customer service about water supply issues since 21st Dec. We are located at Tmn Desa Damai Cheras, which is not an affected area. Provide details of account holder but can't verified the problem. We just not sure what or who to look for help anymore, if the authority got no clue or refused to solve our water problem. Hopeless.

I am sitting in the river park kandis section 36. It has been 2 days (7 - 8th July 2017) there is no water. It is very troublesome during HARI RAYA like this, especially when relatives come from far away.
Low water pressure most of the time (water is not full tank). If relatives come the tank water will also run out.
You guy have the very poor service....we public need the water service why can't you all think about it.Let say you people want to enhance the service you can do it in the night not in the morning or afternoon...we public have babies and also old folks with us it is very difficult for us to do any work.Moreover since morning we are trying to get to syabas toll free number but there is no want is answering the call.Refers to that call the announcement is we will get the water connection by 4pm but there is not a single dot of water.So can you inform the right info that when we can get the water connection service back to normal.Tq
I've been trying to call someone because of the water crisis but no one seems to be at his/her desk. Perhaps they're having tea breaks.. today tea breaks begin in the morning.
I'm in Subang Jaya.. deprived of water for about four days now. I know there must be calls from many but when the phone is ringing you are obliged to answer it.
Syabas is quick to issue letters to ask you to pay but is this what we're paying for?

Business Contingency Planning, Stake Holder Management, Frequent Updates and communication needs to be seriously "buckle up" during the water crisis. Very disappointing to consumer and people of the country. Unless there is a mindset change to "serve" the people and do better, we will experience no better.

Initial reports tell xde water 2 days. Today is 3 days because the day is early xde water.
Crazy water bill? 10x more than my average usage for April-May 2020 bill.
Burst pipes causes 5 days of no water for hundreds of thousands of consumers? Malaysia boleh!! And to think we are supposed to be a developed nation in 2 year times. With this kind of things happening, it's safe to say it's not going to happen. Plus, a picture of the burst pipe (which seems to have been taken down) shows rust colored water spewing out of the pipes. Is this the quality of water that's being filtered? No wonder my filter turns brown within days.
So much for the benefits of privatization.

What's the purpose of having a hotline when your staff never pick up? What's the purpose of us downloading the app when your posts are not up to date? No water supply for more than 4 hours, no updates on the app. Submitted complaints on app - no response ; called your hotline and waited for at least 10 minutes - no answer. So disappointed but what can the Rakyat do? Nothing because you have monopolised the market. Clap for you
I, the residents of Keramat Wangsa area, feel sad and dissatisfied with the Syabas service. My area has been without water since Thursday (3/9/20) until today Monday (7/9/20). The water opened only briefly on Sunday but most of us were not at home to find water outside the area then closed again. While the area around us such as Bukit Setiawangsa, AU 1,2,3 all have water supply. Why is our area without water when the surrounding area which is only a few meters away has water ???
I hope Syabas takes action IMMEDIATELY as our area has been without water for several days.
