Excellent customer service ! Even with the holida...

Excellent customer service ! Even with the holiday crunch, staff are patient, courteous, helpful and gracious. Selections of various card and gift items is impressive for a store of it's size. While some aisles ate narrow, merchandise is neatly displayed and rather easy to access.

I always thought this store was going to be small but wow was I amazed!
They have soooo many things! From clothes to home decor, wall decor, farmhouse signs, cute socks, scarves, soft sweaters, etc. They have unique gifts that anybody would enjoy. I definitely recommend this store and I'm sure I'll be coming back!
They have lots and lots of cards for special occasions!

What a store! I visited several times over the holiday season and there was always new merchandise. The staff has been extremely friendly each time I ve gone in and they are always willing to help you. The Vera Bradley selection is pretty full, the Pandora and Alex + Ani jewelry are beautiful, and all of the decorative signs in the back of the store are my favorite. They have a large selection of candles as well as many cute kitchen towels and dishes.

I do not plan to shop at Four Star again. I was treated very rudely when I tried to return a Vera Bradley purse I received as a gift. I discovered that the purse has stains on a piece of material that goes across the purse. It is obvious that the stain must have happened in the factory because it is only on that one piece of fabric. When I tried to return it, first I was told Four Star never carried that pattern. I did not have a receipt but I had the tags that showed it came from that store. Then the clerk told me the purse was two years old. The worst however was when she asked me several times what caused the stain, after I had explained that it must have happened at the factory. If I had spilled something, it would have been in more than one place on the purse. Many stores continue to believe the customer is always right. Obviously, Four Star does not believe that and they have lost a customer. And I plan to tell others. I had planned to e-mail the owners, but their website has no contact information.
