Great company
They only have been in business for few years only and they are doing great.

either they are scammers or someone is using their bank account to scam people. protect yourself.

Abysmal workmanship. Poor quality. Lengthy delays. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Will these guys EVER finish the apartment building at 1st and Cook? I think they long ago passed the 2 year mark on an 8 story apartment building. The brick work, my god, is so sad. Whoever considers hiring these people should look at it first. Why would anyone hire these people?

I would not reccomend this company to anyone. I've worked at one of their sites and it was the most unorganized job site I've ever been on. Ppe is required but not enforced, portajohns all have no toilet paper nor will they provide any. They try to cite people $100 fines for walking out a exit door onto public sidewalk. They make you carry materials up 6+ flights of stairs because they take the skip out prematurely. Also when the elevator is working they take 30mins to come to get you. It's run by a bunch of amateurs who can't schedule anything or develop a good plan.

Hire elevator operators that stay the entire day and don t take long lunch breaks at 400 N Grant St.

I've now lived across from two project sites this company has been building at. The crews on the project across from my old house in West Wash Park were always friendly and helpful. I used to chat with a PM there and he told me all about what they do for safety, super nice guy. The worksites seem safe and organized to me.
