I do not plan to shop at Four Star again. I was treated very rudely when I tried to return a Vera Bradley purse I received as a gift. I discovered that the purse has stains on a piece of material that goes across the purse. It is obvious that the stain must have happened in the factory because it is only on that one piece of fabric. When I tried to return it, first I was told Four Star never carried that pattern. I did not have a receipt but I had the tags that showed it came from that store. Then the clerk told me the purse was two years old. The worst however was when she asked me several times what caused the stain, after I had explained that it must have happened at the factory. If I had spilled something, it would have been in more than one place on the purse. Many stores continue to believe the customer is always right. Obviously, Four Star does not believe that and they have lost a customer. And I plan to tell others. I had planned to e-mail the owners, but their website has no contact information.
