3rd class builder , cheater and a fraud ( Nirmal Singh, Vudhur bhardwaj both are cheaters )

They are the biggest robbers in construction world. There projects are not worth a penny of hard earned money.

Rubbish builder....

waiting for my flat for last five years.... they promised to deliver it by 2012.... no news thus far.....

Pretty bad so far!! I booked a flat in Lotus Boulevard in Aug 2009 and per agreement was supposed to get possession in 33 months but still same the awaited. So it's almost 2 years delay!! Never expected such thing from so called best builder in area. Further I am hearing that they are not even paying late possession penalty mentioning illogical clause in agreement (though they have paid penalty in 1st phase ignoring the clause). Keeping my figures crossed!!

Promised possession date in writing was September 2012 or else they will pay penalty - neither the possession letter has come to us after 3.5 years nor the penalty. Now the company directors have launched a new company "Lotus Greens".

Lotus Zing project (Sector 168 Noida) suspended from 18 months like their few other projects. Reason given (construction cost increased) which is not justifiable.

I am just stucked after buying a flat in 3c lotus boulevard, its been dealayed for 2 years and still dont have any idea when it will be deleivered.

This is a real estate company. The 3C Company is a Group company of many companies. The 5 sites managed from this office mainly. Many companies are under NCLT court at this time. The office is very good. The design of this office is awesome.

Bankruptcy has been filed under IBC for GGPPL, a Subsidiary of 3C

The Company condition is not good. This is real estate company. This company prepared flats. This company is working appx. last 8 years. This company not handed over any society of their projects in last period. The employees are not happy with his employer. They are not performing good.

Really bad experience ...It's being 4 yrs they yet font don't know when can they give possession

I booked my apartment in project of 3C and they have not delivered it after passing 60 months and they have defaulted in delay payment clause of BBA. They are bunch of cheaters. We were being assured by Mr. Bhanote and Mr. Vidhur Bharadwaj for transparency in all their deeds. But all was lie.

Here I bought shop in boulevard arcade where building cheated me and told they will deliver the shop in just 4-5 month but it s veing a year now and no sign of progress in work !!!
If they work and cheat like this public won t trust any builder in Noida !!!

seeing so many negative reviews on delay .... but now since its possession letter is given, is it viable to purchase there for self use... can some one put some light in regard to their maintenance.

Worst builder that I know - one sided contracts, cheats customers, breaks promises made.

Builder is full of sham and disguise. They have recently refused to pay the penalty fees after delay in possession by more than 2 years. We regret the decision of buying a flat in their premier society-Lotus Boulevard.
Beware of The 3C !!

Fraud company with all directors and promoters having served the jail with ED and running away from completing any project they Started a decade ago. Stay away unless you are a cop looking forward to arrest them.

Horrible experience with 3 Cs. I purchased a 2 3 BHK flat in Sept 09 in Lotus Boulevard , Sector 100 , Noida. The possession handover date was Feb 13 including 6 months grace period. but till date we are still no where near possession. On top of that, to whom they are offering possession letters are being denied of delay penalty on some filmsy ground. This is really wondering a lot. When i purchased i though this being their 1st residential project, they will be high on delivery as well as commitment but all that was just an illusion. delayed project, denied penalty, increase in super built area, change in plans, increase in registration fees due to increase in circle rates, frustration, harrasement etc ...... are the some of special features of 3C company

First they have delayed the project beyond imagination.
Second they are increasing the built up area to charge more.
Third they have increased the no. of floor disproportionately.
Overall very bad experience with them.

Useless cheater company. Stuck in Lotus Boulevard project.

They haven't delivered anything and I HAVE SPENT ALMOST 89 %.

They had given us in writing that they will deliver us in July 2013 or else they will pay us penalty - neither the possession letter has come to us after 3 years nor the penalty. We had purchased a property here since 3C was considered to be a good builder with great projects in good locations.

Avoid if possible. Company in severe financial trouble. Projects delayed. Litigation. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
