waiting for my flat for last five years.... they promised to deliver it by 2012.... no news thus far.....

Pretty bad so far!! I booked a flat in Lotus Boulevard in Aug 2009 and per agreement was supposed to get possession in 33 months but still same the awaited. So it's almost 2 years delay!! Never expected such thing from so called best builder in area. Further I am hearing that they are not even paying late possession penalty mentioning illogical clause in agreement (though they have paid penalty in 1st phase ignoring the clause). Keeping my figures crossed!!

Promised possession date in writing was September 2012 or else they will pay penalty - neither the possession letter has come to us after 3.5 years nor the penalty. Now the company directors have launched a new company "Lotus Greens".

Builder is full of sham and disguise. They have recently refused to pay the penalty fees after delay in possession by more than 2 years. We regret the decision of buying a flat in their premier society-Lotus Boulevard.

Horrible experience with 3 Cs. I purchased a 2 3 BHK flat in Sept 09 in Lotus Boulevard , Sector 100 , Noida. The possession handover date was Feb 13 including 6 months grace period. but till date we are still no where near possession. On top of that, to whom they are offering possession letters are being denied of delay penalty on some filmsy ground. This is really wondering a lot. When i purchased i though this being their 1st residential project, they will be high on delivery as well as commitment but all that was just an illusion. delayed project, denied penalty, increase in super built area, change in plans, increase in registration fees due to increase in circle rates, frustration, harrasement etc ...... are the some of special features of 3C company

Second they are increasing the built up area to charge more.
Third they have increased the no. of floor disproportionately.
Overall very bad experience with them.
