Talked to the receptionist, located in the front serivce desk, the whole time and pretty much got turned away right away. She didn't give any information on who to talk to or give any references to who I could go to for assistance. I wouldn't recommend coming here for assistance or help with questions.

Have received help from this organization multiple times and it's always easy to apply not complicated at all. And was approved in under a week and money was sent promptly to my utilities. Super friendly staff too don't judge you for needing assistance

No food. I don't know how they can suport the people wthis the food
As a community member I love this organization and am grateful they are in our area. I have been disappointed in the process of interviewing and call responses when applying for jobs though.
