I submitted an offer that was never presented to the seller in violation of the law. I asked for the sign rejection offers and was told the seller refused to sign them but that all offers had been presented. I then wrote a letter to the seller explaining the situation. The seller contacted me and confirmed that they had never received my offer. when i told the broker, he said I should move on and find another house. I wouldn't trust Keller Williams Portland Premier.

Closing the house took them 2 months on a cash sale. The buyers agent Seth texted us, around noon on Saturday I believe, saying he was "grabbing the deed and heading our way" before he ignored us until the following Monday. Stepped in the office Monday morning and asked to speak to a supervisor. We had to wait till 12:30 for the supervisor. Get better agents.

Poor business practices, poor communication, hate paying their bills on time. Agents keep leaving and they try to recruit. Don't work there or do business with them. Find a better office.
