Lovely atmosphere! Excellent food and friendly staff and the prices were great!
I've been living in the Springfield area for about 5 years now. Wanted to have steak but didn't want to travel to far. So glad we went to 350 Grill. It's a great gem in Springfield. The food and service was fantastic. All our steaks were cooked to perfection.
I will definitely be going back.
The Best Filet Mignon I have Ever had. And the Hollandaise Sauce was Outstanding.
I love coming here the food and drinks are great the owner and staff are awesome
Awful service and quality. Found a small piece of glass deep inside my steak. Almost cut the inside of my mouth.
A lot of money for very little ambiance. The Filet was great, the server was great but 35.00 for A filet AND 17.00 for A single Martini (albeit Grey Goose) in a loud bus station environment combined with a cool appetizer and cool sides was a bit much for me. It did not meet the expectations I had based on reviews I read. Not sorry for saying it is way over priced for this market. Maybe NYC, but, not here. Over heard a fight in the kitchen. Oh and I think the hostess was sauced....
Always a great experience. Great food. Higher end restaurant & guys love to hit strip club next door.
We loved the appetizers, pumpkin bisque was especially wonderful. We both had turkey, it was yummy and plenty for leftovers. Great atmosphere an fair price for 3 course holiday meal. Desserts were well presented, but to me they were the low point of a great meal. I love that you can buy a full meal to take home, so you...
Pretty awful service. Food was okay at best. Main course and drink service was very slow. Took an hour and half or more to get our entrees. Manager's reaction to our complaint was lukewarm, making me believe this is the norm for them.
Ok so very disappointed made a reservation for 10 people for 7:00 and didn't get seated until 7:25. When seated we had to wait 40 min to get our first round of drinks and had to ask for the bread and oil. We have been to 350 many times before the menu has now changed the prices have gone up and everything is now alacart you do not get a couple sides with what you order. A few people who were in our party there steaks were cold and had to be sent back to be reheated. Our waitress had been a server at 350 Grill for only a month I'm sorry but you do not put a server on a table of 10 people that has only been there a month. The owner is not friendly at all she never greets anyone at the door never says hi how are you be right with you when we told her we have been here 40 mins and have not received our drinks she walked away and went and said something to our waitress never said I'm sorry let me find out what is going on. Have never liked the owner from day 1 she has a bad attitude. When ordering our first round of drinks were totally a different color from our second round of drinks was told when it's busy the bar tenders get sloppy and when it slows down they do the drinks legit whatt really? Me and the people in our party will not being going back there for a while. Word of advice the owner needs to get some manageing advice on how to treat your customers because without your customers your business would not be up and running.
We were pleasantly surprised! Great service and warm reception. The food was excellent.
Great parking, superb jazz band, well prepared food. Back of the house staff totally unprepared for the draw, 1plus hour wait, hope it was a good learning experience.
Had a great lunch!! Fried Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly. Veggie flatbread had a very boring presentation.. but tasted good. Kobe beef burger was exactly to our preference. We had oysters, the server didnt know what kind of oysters they had or where they were from.. but the mignonette was delicious. We sat outside and it was lovely. The Summer Jam cocktail is definitely worth a try! Service was prompt, professional and friendly. Food was delicious. Will definitely be back.
Very slow service, burger was overcooked but still good. Fries were good. Don't go here unless you don't care when you leave. Took an hour and a half for 5 burgers and a salad. We had a show to catch. Barely made it
My favorite place in the world to eat. I love coming here because it s the best atmosphere to be in. The food is great and the staff is awesome!
Ok food. They use too much sugar in their food for my taste. Service was very slow. 1 hour to get a meal just for myself at the bar. Waitress never asked how things were
Meal was amazing and our server was excellent. Attentive but not intrusive. Very happy with the overall experience.
My friends and I probably have visited the 350 Grill from the time it opened until not too long ago - most definitely for the last time. I'd like to warn all future (and current) customers of the unfortunate changes the business owners decided to put into place. I went to dinner with 2 of my friends, of which 1 was to arrive about 45 minutes after our arrival. Our 3rd friend messaged us to order the entree so it would be about ready by the time they arrive. Right after we received the message and placed the order our friend messaged again to let us know that they would be delayed. Immediately (approx. 2 min after having placed the order with the waiter) we called the waiter back to the table and asked to delay all of our orders for a few minutes. The initial response was "We can't do that." At my question why that was the case I received the answer "I put the order in the computer, we can't stop the order now." He was kind enough to "make an exception" and came back a few minutes later to tell us that the cook decided not to start cooking yet. Just about 20 min later we found out that unfortunately our 3rd party wasn't going to make it at all. We asked the waiter to cancel one of the placed entrees and go ahead to cook our two entrees. The waiter said "I can't cancel the 3rd one, you HAVE to order it." I explained that we would not need it, the waiter immediately said "do you want to speak to the manager about this?" The manager who came to the table was a snotty, rude and arrogant 20+ year old kid who explained to us that once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. I asked if the entree had been cooked already and he said "no", but that it still could not be cancelled. I explained once again that only the two of us would eat, and his response was "the third order has to be cooked, if you don't want to eat it that's your choice."
When I responded with "So if i don't eat it, I certainly wouldn't have to pay for it, right?" he said "Of course you have to pay for it, whether you eat it or not. You ordered it, and we will cook it and you will pay for it. It's your choice to eat it or not." Outrageous! We ended up asking for all three entrees to go, and seriously were asked when paying for it if we needed change or if the rest would be a tip. Absolutely horrific experience all in all. This place has been going down over the years. First they eliminated modifications to their meals (forget to remove blue cheese from a steak even though you may be deadly allergic to it.. guess you have to eat something else). Then they added cork fee to the menu (yes, you buy a bottle of wine and they add $20 --- TWENTY dollars to the bottle price for walking to your table with the bottle and to open it for you), recently they decided to (I guess depending on how business is going that particular night) force a gratuity on ANY size party of $20 or more. I frequently dine out and have recommended this place to colleagues and friends. Needless to say I will do the opposite from now on. Avoid this place at all costs... I can assure you it won't last no longer than another year with these rules in place (unless they can pawn off burger and fries to the visitors of the next door strip club). Too bad a negative rating isn't possible here..................
The hostess acted like she didn't want to seat us because we didn't have a reservation. The entire room was extremely dark, could barely read the menu. The lobster mac and cheese as well as the swordfish was dry. My husband described the fish as being like bubble gum the amount of chewing it took to eat it. My wedge salad was saturated in dressing. There was more dressing than lettuce and the tomatoes were mushy. The drinks were lack luster and watered down. The music was supposed to start at 8p; started at 845p. They sounded like drunk karoake; definitely not worth having a second drink to listen. Won't be back.
Food is terrible! Service sucks! Won t be back and i do not recommend.
Everything was exceptional. The waiter (sorry I don't remember his name) was great.
The food from the appetizer board to the entre was just great. We had the Off the bone
Ribeye.The best ever. Enjoy!
Service was terrible. The hostess was extremely rude. Food was mediocre at best.
I have been eating here for the last 10 years and never had a bad experience till this year .I won' t try it again because it's to expensive to have a bad meal again. Sorry
Always friends, efficient service. Good music, great food!
No atmosphere for the price that it cost. Terrible dinnerware
Everything i hoped for and plenty more. Great variety and service was excellent
The food was good and the prices were average. The service was good as well.
Incredible food, friendly and knowledgeable staff, all set in a beautiful ambiance
Food was great, loved the atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, the jazz musicians we're great!
Awful food, manager drunk, waitress excellent not worth it at all.
Horrible service. My family and friends were there for my birthday party. The only ones in the entire restaurant. never again. Drinks were terrible from what they told me cause I don't drink. You hate to bring up race but what else could it be. Thought we were going to have the nice back room we were all separated. If there were a choice for no stars I would definitely click it.
Late dinner last night with a friend of mine.. what a fantastic experience! We sat outside, our server Tyler was awesome! The food was excellent I really liked the menu. The atmosphere was perfect just what I needed! Thank you very much!!! I ll be back
Last visit was a disappointment. Medium rare filet came out well done. Lauren was our bartender and she was amazing! Very friendly and efficient . She did offer to take it back , but after waiting 45min for it we were all set . Prices on martinis are outrageous.
Amazing butternut squash with bacon and maple syrup, finished with flash fried spinach. Wow!
Decent prices on a meal of this calibre. Steak cuts were very nice. Sides were a tad oily. Salad a bit on the Olive Garden side. But the steak? The steak was *chefs kiss*
Average. Not worth the price. Literally next door to a strip club.
Very good but expensive everything is ela cart. Nice settings but it's next to a strip club. Secure parking with a attendant after 6.
Food was no where near what I was expecting.
Had a Christmas party, all appetizers, simple stuff. Nothing was very good. The calamari was over breaded and over sweetened. Flat bread served uncut, salad warm and wilted, pasta with vodka sauce was ok except for the grainy texture of the cheap Parmesan cheese added to it. Service was very good.
Hostess came off a little abrupt in her dekivery when we asked to be seated in a booth. I understand this restaurant is very popular and reservations are a must, however i made a reservation. I wasnt prompted to provide details about seating. Our server provided great service. Love the ambiance. 10/10
Took my wife for 70 birthday food was excellent but our waitress Kristin was the best very attentive maid our experience great we go out to eat at least 2 times a week 1st time my wife has been to 350 it was great Kristin thank you so much we will be back and ask for you everytime. the laflammes
Breakfasts cooked just how you like them, excellent cappuccinos (and I'm very fussy abut them), friendly welcome, lots of smiles. What more could you want!
Great food great entertainment. A must place for dinner any night...
I went for lunch with a couple of coworkers and it was pretty disappointing. Service was slow - there was only one woman actually doing her best to cover both the bar and dining room, but there seemed to be two managers who did little else other than talk to customers.
I had a burger with a side salad and the only unique thing about it was that there were olives in the salad. The burger was clearly from a frozen puck and although it was cooked to my order, it was nothing near justifying the price.
The menu needs some clarification and improvements, and definitely a steak option for lunch. There should have been another person serving either the bar or the dining room.
Also, it's difficult to be a professional and maintain your dignity when you have to use the same parking lot as a strip club that is right next door, blasting music onto their smoking patio a few feet away from the Grill entrance.
For the price and quality presently offered, I won't go back. Since they clearly won't be able change their next door neighbor, I definitely don't be back.
Absolutely delicious. Get the Surf 'n Turf Tower. You will not be disappointed.
Wonderful cuisine, excellent price point, intimate yet enjoyable atmosphere, ans incredibly friendly and welcoming staff.
Food was on point and the service was perfect. Our waitress was super attentive and friendly.
Love the calming vibe of the music... the relaxed atmosphere... the waitresses are very attentive... and the food is simply delicious!
Great service! Have to try the food again to know if I can add another star...
Great steakhouse with specials everyday and an extensive wine list.
Good modern cuisine. Been a dozen times, haven't had a bad meal.
Needs more staff to help accommodate a table of 20 only 1 waiter and table wasn't not even set up for the waiter to have a successful night working alone do better
Martinis were tasty but very shy of alcohol for the price. Our appetizers were delicious but waitress never put our dinner order in so... no idea of how the entrees fared. We thought service was a bit slow but it was because our dinner never arrived. It was closing time.... no recourse, apology or comp. was offered. Ambience was fine. Hostess a bit rude.
Good company, comfortable atmosphere, good music, pleasant people, BUT my main entre was totally ambushed! pink champagne sauce was blood red and asparagus which was advertised on menu was missing in action! Just a little green was all I was looking for
Continuously disappointing food and service. After giving this place multiple tries I always leave dissapointed. Food is never cooked properly and takes forever to come out (last time the "seared" ahi ahi was overcooked and the noodles were so hard I couldn't chew them.) The atmosphere is terrible and usually loud because they try to mix a sports bar with fine dining. Servers constantly forget orders/drinks and you can expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes to get a drink.
Had the calamari and garlic bread appetizers, both were delicious. Had a chicken dish but should have gotten the surf N turf, almost everyone in our party got it and it looked amazing. Pricey but tasty.
This restaurant was able to accommodate a group of 9, for dinner on very short notice, we got excellent service and the menu was to everyone's liking, a bit short on vegetarian offerings, but that was not a show stopper. A very busy section of Springfield, and the place was a "hot spot", would return - that is the key statement.
Average. Not worth the price, long horn better and don't charge for soda refills
Food and service were very good. Staff was very attentive
Romantic lighting, beautiful decor, awesome waiter (Neil), great drinks(pistachio cocktail), great apps, (blacken shrimp flatbread, garlic bread with fondue, and smokey aoli brusselll sprouts were out of this world. and awesome entree, new favorite place.
We got chased down in the parking lot by our waiter because he felt we didn't tip enough. He was hostile and made us all uneasy. The food was fine but this guy really shouldn't be working around people.
Always a good time and amazing food. The new bartender Kerry is awesome!
Always a great meal at 350 Grill... I have mostly gone there for lunch and portions are generous and yummy.
Had yet another fantastic dinner at the 350 last night. The Ribeye was melt in your mouth tender, and the Blackened Swordfish was absolutely wonderful. Our server Holly was excellent, to the point of perfection. Sherry the Owner stopped by to chat and check on our meals, she was so welcoming as always. Highly recommend the 350 for all your fine dining needs.
Steak had no flavor, waitress was more interested in bar tending. Chicken was the best part.
When you require customers to pay 20% tip no matter what - that usually means your service and food are damn near impeccable. At least that's what I find in NYC where I live and dine frequently. Not true in my one and only experience at this restaurant. I will not be back. The only reason this rating is 2 stars instead of one is due to the dessert. Really. And I don't think the restaurant makes it.
Food: My rib eye steak tasted bland (no seasonings). I requested Medium (warm) and it came partially medium rare and partially well done. How do you do that? I asked the waitress for steak sauce, but by the time she got back with it, I was done trying to deal with the bland beast.
My mother's Chilean sea bass was such a disappointment she didn't finish it - citing it smelled fishy and was probably spoiled (FYI fresh Chileans sea bass does NOT smell fishy. If fresh and cooked properly, it tastes like a cross between buttery lobster and fish.) Mom said the rice it came with was a minute rice (my mother is from the South - she knows good rice) and the topping was too sweet. She had been at this restaurant 3 times before a year ago and found this dish to be her favorite. So to come back to find the quality went totally downhill was a disappointment.
She sent it back, telling the waitress why, A few minutes later, the waitress came back with an explanation from the kitchen - citing the source for their Chilean sea bass had changed since my mother last came to the restaurant. They would be returning to their previous source in a few months and encouraged Mom to come back. (Which she will not be)
I will say my 93 year old grandmother put a world of hurt on her swordfish plate - so I guess that dish was ok. My dad silently finished his filet mignon, but he was hungry after waiting so long (our entrees didn't come until almost 9pm) My aunt wrestled with her sous vide 1/2 chicken served with bacon-shallot roasted potatoes and vegetable. She doggy bagged most of it because "there was no bacon in that!" ...but seriously, she didn't like her food.
It got better in the end. We ordered the Lady Finger cheesecake - SO so good. The cheesecake is like a mousse - light and creamy. The waitress, surprised my dad with a slice of free cheesecake for his birthday after she overheard us talking about it. Which he appreciated and promptly ate...leaving only a sliver of graham cracker crust as its memorial
The rest of use split the Kentucky Bourbon butter cake. It sounded better than it tasted - but it was ok.
The waitress also did her best to rectify our situation by not charging us for the Chilean sea bass or the cocktail my aunt ordered and disliked. But really - when you REQUIRE patrons to pay 20% tip, the food and service need to be on-point. Not perfect, but on-point. The waitress did apologize profusely, including "ma'am-ing" us to death. Not sure whether she was new, just having an off-night or no one has ever taken her to task for service.
And please note: I have been a waitress before, so I am all about tipping properly - in exchange for good service. I am fine paying premium prices - if the food is off-the-chain, which this was not. And I also really get that no one and nothing is perfect. But if you are going to REQUIRE people to pay 20%, you better be damn near it, most of the time - on fleek!
It was just ok. Calamari was overcooked and a little fishy. My new york strip was fine, but my friend's salmon was VERY fishy- it smelled like cat food
Food is alright but I wouldn't consider this "fine dining"
First and last time there tonight. Maybe it s a MA thing or just this particular restaurant, but here in CT when you order a soda or iced tea and get a refill, it s 1 price. We ordered 2 iced teas and 1 soda when we sat down. And yes we each had 1 refill during dinner. $25 of our bill was for iced tea and coke??? Really?? That s ridiculous. And our burgers weren t even that great.
I have now been to this restaurant on two occasions and I was underwhelmed both fine.
Most recently I went here for Valentine's day. We made a reservation on open table and when we got to the restaraunts they were unable to find it. I showed them the confirmation on my phone and they sat us. We then were approached again by someone asking for our reservation and we gave the same information and were told we could stay.
The restaurant looked beautiful and they had some live background music.
The next hiccup was that we ordered our appetizer with our drinks and it did not arrive until 45 minutes later - normally we would chalk that up to it being busy, however another table with the same server that arrived fifteen minute after us and ordered after that, got theirs about fifteen minutes before us and it was the same app. The meals were okay, but nothing either of us would return for.
They did give us a rose when we departed which was a nice touch and they have a gated parking lot with free parking which was convenient.
Overall not worth the money, but could have been worse!
Great service. I would highly recommend the surf and turf.
AMATEUR HOUR!! Worst restaurant I have ever been to. That's quite a claim I know but really. Came here for new years eve 2018. 8pm reservation. Didn't get to the table until 9. Ok. New years. Proceeded to sit there for two more hours. They brought a few drinks but NONE of the tables were receiving food. It was a full house but nothing a normal restaurant wouldn't normally handle. Complete shitshow (our waitresses own words). Gave up and left. 50 dollar tab in drinks and 2 apps just waiting for our food (party of 2). Nightmare. I did get a French onion soup (it sucked) and my wife had her Cesar salad (she said it was good) but come on. Avoid this place at all cost. Completely a waste of an evening. Made it to the casino to eat there. Horrible.
The food taste like it was cooked by the strippers next door. Not good... Very poor in taste and flavor.
Went with my daughter for Mothers Day and sat at the bar for apps & drinks. Daryl was our bartender and did not disappoint! He was accommodating and friendly. We'll be back!
I went for my birthday and the night was fantastic. Service great, food well cooked and good presentation. A bit pricey for the area but it was worth it.
Great atmosphere and fantastic food and service . Would recommend it without concern.
