Clowns at best, I'm a dentist they deleted everything from my computers. They expected me to pay for it. Poorly trained staff. Legal action under way. Do not trust them. Do not over pay them. I would give them zero star if I could.

I've used 3 Nines at my last job and my current job. It's so hard nowadays to find an IT company that won't leave you in the lurch when you need them most. 3 Nines has different levels of support to fit any company need...drop off service, on-site service, and of course telephone support. I've used them all and been more than satisfied with service quality and response time. They aren't cheapest in town, but I do believe they are the best.

I found ransomware had been installed on my work machine this morning, which encrypted my entire C drive. I pay for 3Nines to "manage" (monitor) my computer, so I called into their tech support line to get help.
The earliest they would get to my ticket was the following day. It seems we have a differing opinion of how business should be conducted. If a client of mine had an emergency such as ransomware, I would move that ticket up to the front of the line... not defect it as some ordinary ticket to the bottom of the queue.
While 3Nines has been good to me in the past, I no longer feel I am able to rely upon them for IT support.
