Very professional, clean and completely covid compliant.
First eye was painless. But they are not a well oiled factory. Today's surgery at day's end messed up on anesthesia. Excruciating pain. Now floaters and flashes.
All staff members are very helpful and nice. Thanks to Dr Anthony Panariello.
Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure going here for my procedure!
This eye surgery facility runs like a well oiled machine. Spottless. The removal of cataracts from both eyes by Dr Hadley Phillips took just a few minutes and was totally painless. Hey, i can see clearly again.
Safe and sanitized establishment with courteous and professional staff
Dr Gordon is an excellent Ophthalmologist. The aurgwry center is great. Profeasional and kind. Tha3k you!
Great service, not long of a wait. Dr very professional and helpful
The place is fine. Very clean.
People nice. I felt comfortable going in surgery. Surgery went well. One problem I was asked to come a half hour early and I ended up being taken for surgery over an hour later from original time. I wasn't happy about that.
Then you pretty much leave right away. I sat for about less than 10 minutes before they walked me out to my Uber !
The facility was well run and very clean. The check in was organized and efficient. I felt very comfortable with
the necessary precautions due to COVID-19. I would highly recommend this facility.
Dr. Brazzo and Dr. Maley were excellent with the care for my eyes. I wouldn't go anywhere else..best doctors around by far...no need to go to NYC!
You have choices in health care - I recommend that you look elsewhere for your eye care. Its a shame that one person can ruin an entire facility s great reputation. After a first surgery where everything went well, the anesthesiologist today was unable to properly insert an IV and did not give enough medication to ensure I was properly relaxed, numb or amnesic.
It is a shame that one person can have a negative impact on the entire facility. I thought the facility was terrific and all the staff but one: Dr. Jackus, the anesthesiologist for my second eye surgery. My first eye surgery I had another anesthesiologist who administered the right amount of anesthesia that made the entire event easy and I was completely comfortable.
My second eye surgery 2 weeks later, I had Dr. Jackus as the anesthesiologist. I told her that I needed more but she said that should be fine. Well it was not. I was totally aware of the pain and what the Dr. was doing: I felt and saw the metal object to open my eye go in, I felt the object the Dr. used to extract the cataract go into my eye and put in the cataract (it was very painful); I heard the Dr. talking but I could not communicate well. When I went home, not only did my eye throb but also my jaw and entire face hurt. I assume I was clenching down and somewhat moving since I was not properly medicated. If I had gotten this anesthesiologist for the first surgery, I would have been more than reluctant to get the next surgery. No one should go through this surgery as uncomfortable that I was due to Dr. Jackus. When I visited my Dr. the next day after the surgery, I talked with 2 other patients and they said the same about their experience the same day I was there and they complained also.
An anesthesiologist is so important for a positive experience for the patient.
I recommend the facility; however, I would avoid or ask for another anesthesiologist if you are assigned to Dr. Jackus. I hope she realizes that she needs to be more in tune with a patient's needs during a surgery.
I went to the River Drive Eye Surgery Center in late August during our pandemic control time. The reception process and social distancing protocols were strictly followed. All personnel were courteous and professional. The process was efficient and the place was clean, brightly lit
I would recommend this facility for eye surgery.
Everything was great except for scheduling asked to come at 930 am did not go into surgery room until 1205 too long to wait in waiting room especially with covid
My mom had a cataract surgery done by doctor Phillips, He is so clever, nice and kind to us. My mom resume her vision so much. Also the staff are very nice and have good experience. Thanks to all of them

The Attention of Patients For Transportation.!!!
Firstly; I would like to thank you for everything that surgery center works great.
Secondly; Transportation is not professional at all.!
I used transportation company several times to go to the appointment for surgery center. When I asked the chauffeur who brought me like a Loco flew!!!, He said company name (United Travel) they were limousine and hospital transportation company, but my attention is to use non-commercial license plate vehicles (Black Toyota).! As far as I know from my old job paramedical this is a unlawful in NJ, No commercial insurance means playing with patients' futures. I ll talk to my doctor for next appointment, I definitely do not recommended transportation company.!!
