We had an issue on our block with missing signs on west side of street for zoned parking. The ladies in the office were very helpful with resolving the matter and were very knowledgeable about the process.
Dealing with the city can often be a tedious challenge, but I do have to give credit to the staff at the 19th ward office that dealt with this most professionally

Want to put out a hugh Thank You to Will & the 19th Ward personnel to assist me with the power outage at my house from the Storm yesterday. City Inspector came over earlier & took care of what he could do & gave me advice until ComEd can take care of my not having Electric until they come out this Saturday.
