19th Judicial Circuit Court Review

As a Lake County divorce lawyer, I've found the staff at the Circuit Court of Lake County to be very helpful. Scheduling the finalization of a divorce is often very easy. The staff moves quickly, and is very professional and polite.

1 star is way too generous. They don't like answering the phone or your questions. The clerks are usually lifeless with a rushing tone to get you away from them as fast as possible. This place is a disgrace get people who actually care about there job. If you don't want to work don't take it out on the people you serve just find another job!!!!!!

This place is a cesspool of corruption and leech attorneys. I have been in family court for four years. As long as my ex flushes thousands down the drain on scum bag attorneys like Raymond Boldt and Laura Horner, our children will sufferwould have substantial monies for college. I've been surrounded by deputies when clerks hit a panic alarm when I inquired to my case being reopened despite it being removed to Federal Court. Don't set foot in this swamp unless you want to be treated like a violent felon. Mike Neirheim is complicit and they cover the misdeeds of one another. I can safely say that this is the place to go if you want to observe the trampling of the Constitution.

As most court houses go, judges don't care unless you fork out money to their attorney buddies.

The clerk of court room was filled with extremely helpful and cheerful people that assisted me in filing small claims, they were there and prompt for every question I had

My experience in Family Court was/is something one would hear on the news regarding profound Judicial Abuse, PREJUDICE, collusion, perjury, coercion, evicting me from my home which i paid the mortgage, in excess of 10 years, taxes interest homeowners insurance up keep and repairs stole my portion of the equity gave it to my ex put a judgement of an excess of $40,000.00 against me to pay my exs attorney and another idiot liar. And the judge is was aware im on Social Security Disability and my severe illnesses. The judge also allowed parental alienation. And threatened my attorney thereby causing my attorney to ask me to find a different attorney. Fraud, theft, harassment mental abuse etc.. My constitutional rights were stripped and the JUDGE prepared court orders he knew i was incapable to abide. He held me in contempt and he participated in numerous other egregious behaviors. But he is a JUDGE and he can get away with abuse. He is not held accountable. I'm sure between him my ex attorney and my ex they will think of something. What transpired in his court room is an embarrassment to GOOD JUDGES and maybe the Chief Judge. Family Court in his room is a racket and abuse of power.

CORRUPTION........ BETTER HOPE U KNOW A POWERFUL BUSINESS OWNER OR HAVE SOMEONE THAT KNOWS A JUDGE. JUSTICE HERE IS A JOKE...

Judges in the Civil division has no justice at all.
