My experience in Family Court was/is something one would hear on the news regarding profound Judicial Abuse, PREJUDICE, collusion, perjury, coercion, evicting me from my home which i paid the mortgage, in excess of 10 years, taxes interest homeowners insurance up keep and repairs stole my portion of the equity gave it to my ex put a judgement of an excess of $40,000.00 against me to pay my exs attorney and another idiot liar. And the judge is was aware im on Social Security Disability and my severe illnesses. The judge also allowed parental alienation. And threatened my attorney thereby causing my attorney to ask me to find a different attorney. Fraud, theft, harassment mental abuse etc.. My constitutional rights were stripped and the JUDGE prepared court orders he knew i was incapable to abide. He held me in contempt and he participated in numerous other egregious behaviors. But he is a JUDGE and he can get away with abuse. He is not held accountable. I'm sure between him my ex attorney and my ex they will think of something. What transpired in his court room is an embarrassment to GOOD JUDGES and maybe the Chief Judge. Family Court in his room is a racket and abuse of power.
