Unfortunately, this should not be the choice to seek medical attention unless you have absolutely no other options.This place was ridiculous when I was an employee and even more pitiful now. Patient care should be top priority when they won t even answer a phone call or patient message. All the good apples has either fallen from the tree or gone bad. Like going to get a flu shot at Taco Bell.

My husband had an appointment with his GP today,needed basic routine well check tests,Physical type blood tests which he hasn t done in a long time because of Covid.He has had bit of shortness of breath lately,being a heart patient.The doctors refused to authorize blood tests,told him to go to the ER if he had breathing problems,that they will do blood testing there.. my husband came out of there after waiting over an hour for the doctor totally bewildered because he didn t expect to be treated like that. This clinic must have a pattern of this,awhile back I gave a ride there to an elder neighbor to have a look at a small boil she had on her stomach. The doctor refused to touch it (this was way before Covid) and sent her to the ER. She has no pre-existing conditions. The ER nurse cleaned out the boil..even before the doctor came and shook her head at the 1960 clinics behavior. We waited for several hours at the ER and the doctor basically said we wasted time they could have given REAL emergencies. This is totally outrageous,of course we are changing doctors and informing my husband s insurance. Considering reporting it further. Stay away from this medical mill posing as health clinic!
Went there for annual medcheck. It took about 3 hrs, 90% of it is waiting. The doc was helpful hence they get some stars (not zero). I remember paying couple of hundred for lab tests (was October 2017), after that I received another adjusted bill in June 2018 for the same lab work, asking for another $330, while they are ready to accept $75 if I pay now by phone. They are literally bloody scammers, if you go there just do your blood work at independent lab, will save you some $$ (even if you have good in network insurance with them) Their price list is attached
Called to make a appointment and stayed on hold for a hour. Stayed "currently caller number 2" the whole time. This is ridiculous. I never did get through either i just hung up
Don t bother trying to get in touch with anyone for anything here. Calls are never returned and when you do get in touch with someone they will lie and say the NP will call you with the answer... guess what? They never do. Ridiculous service.I called at 10 am and asked to speak with a nurse ... I was supposed to receive a call at 4:20 pm today from a nurse. It s now 4:45 and no one bothered to call me so I called and was IMMEDIATELY placed on a hold ... I WONT WASTE MY TIME AGAIN
I was in a rush to get medical clearance for an upcoming surgery. I walked in and inquired if they accepted walk in s which they did. I was seen almost immediately and I was blessed to be seen by nurse practitioner, Trevor Cobb! He was patient, took his time, listened to my needs and the urgency of my request to move quickly. This was done around Christmas so granted they were off a couple of days which was scary for me because I needed the result of everything ASAP, for this reason there was a slight delay however, once they returned to the office everything was smooth. I even had to return to get a BMI check another day and again, I walked in no appointment & Trevor Cobb and his assistant was able to get me in and out quickly, he even remembered my history when he walked out to see me & check my vitals. This was one of my best experiences here, I hope he does not leave the practice because he is truly a keeper.
This place took a hit sometime ago and it was looking distressed but now it s clean the staff is professional and everything looks great. Keep up the good work everyone!
The quality of service is going down. No one follows up with appointments or verifies insurance prior to the appointment. Dr. Lacour is always amazing but the appointment schedulers and insurance verifiers need work. Prior to COVID-19, it was a smooth process. Now its chaos. You are kept on hold wayyyyyyy to long just to make an appointment. I filled out the appointment form online about 2 weeks ago and no one called. I ended up calling and waiting on hold to speak with someone. Someone needs to work on customer service
My previous experience 12-8-2020 with Dr Agurrie was not how I d like it to go and I left feeling very upset. BUT today s visit 1-15-2021 was very caring! He listened to me when I expressed to him how I felt last visit. This is visit was much more pleasant and I would definitely recommend Dr Agurrie to friends and family. He took care every need I needed today. Thank you so much!
Setting an appointment as a new patient was easy. Paperwork was emailed to me to fill out so check in was super smooth. Only about a 10 minute wait to be seen. Nurse was phenomenal and so sweet. Dr Lacour is kind patient and very helpful.
Dr.Lacour is very informative with all my daughters child checkups, always available when I need an appointment fast replies to my concerns . Very happy with this clinic! The staff I ve had the pleasure of speaking to is the best!
