The quality of service is going down. No one follows up with appointments or verifies insurance prior to the appointment. Dr. Lacour is always amazing but the appointment schedulers and insurance verifiers need work. Prior to COVID-19, it was a smooth process. Now its chaos. You are kept on hold wayyyyyyy to long just to make an appointment. I filled out the appointment form online about 2 weeks ago and no one called. I ended up calling and waiting on hold to speak with someone. Someone needs to work on customer service
