The property is beautiful and amazing, with rooms having a breathtaking view of Miami Beach.

I did not stay there. I went to find a friend. It seems that it is very exclusive.

very bad service and they don't know what they are doing. i specifically asked them four times if the room i wanted to book was available they told me 4 of the same room are available i booked the room and it turns out that room is not available, so you took my money twice for what? almost $2000

The location is perfect, and tons of amenities, but it s hot, smelly, dirty, and we had a lot of mold in our first room. Sorry, I can t recommend this hotel.

My husband was there for a conference so I just tagged along and I am so glad I did. There spa, pools, beach and employees are all tip notch. Can not wait for another conference.

Nice place, hard to get all supplies from housekeeping, had to call almost everyday for something. Pool food really good. You have to pay for umbrella at beach $25 a day. Be prepared to tip and tip some more. I will say a way to cut back on costs is use instacart, they deliver from Publix, Whole Foods etc. as drinks by the pool are very expensive and getting just a glass of water is unheard of. Rooms are clean and nice.

Eden Roc Miami Hotel was amazing. We enjoyed our trip from the beginning to the end. The staff was great and they provided delicious chocolates everyday. Breakfast was delicious as well. Whenever we needed anything the staff was one phone call away. Everyone in the hotel spoke which presented a great vibe throughout our 6 day stay.

Our first night at the hotel Miami Fashion Week took over our lobby, and it was very entertaining. The crowd was sophisticated, intellectual, and very classy. This being our first time in Miami, we want to go again! Also, the manger David was very helpful. He made sure we got into our room safely and the view was absolutely gorgeous. When I say gorgeous, I mean gorgeous! Our ocean view suite was overlooking the ocean. Just imagine waking up every morning to beautiful waves and pretty blue water. I must say this hotel was just extraordinary. The noise level was very mild. If there were people staying next to us, we honesty couldn't hear them at all.

All of the pools were great, especially the Jacuzzi! It was so relaxing going into the Jacuzzi when needed. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's right in front of Miami Beach. Again, I can't say anything bad about this hotel! It's a 5 start hotel. I will definitely come go back soon.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the adults only pool, the beach and the view from the balcony.

My wife and I stayed at this resort to celebrate our anniversary. Definitely, will go back. Staff were very professional and nice. Room was amazing, and provides a unique view of sunrise. Would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay here was fantastic, until we realized that we can t even watch TV with normal volume (at 10 pm) without getting complained about. The rooms need to be more sound proof.

This is the worst hotel I was in. When the reservation was made the hotel boasted of providing a lot of high quality services: For example, two restaurants of very good gastronomic quality, a mini bar in the room, or a Nespresso machine, although it did not fulfill any of that .

For the most sacred do not go to Malibu Farm, your food is disgusting. The stay was not very pleasant and I do not recommend the hotel. Equally the reception staff was very kind and willing to solve my problems and resolve my doubts.

I manage Forever Young Sobe Spa in South Beach Fl. Today a hotel guest from the Eden Roc left us a message early morning requesting an appointment. Due to the language barrier, we could not make out the name but the guest repeated his room number TWICE. I contacted the Eden Roc and spoke with Ms. Jennifer, whom looked up the guest name; which, we could not really make out due to the strong accent and she tried matching it to the room number which was clear and she said that was not the guest name. So I explained again the guest had a strong accent, all I was asking was for her to contact the room number and kindly ask to confirm and to please contact us back to set up their appointment.She arrogantly said the name does not match the room number???? So I asked to speak to the front desk manager and she replied the manger was busy. So, I left a message to the manager Adi. Yet no one has contacted us meaning they never cared enough for their guest needs. Eden Roc is a beautiful hotel but with that type of service I see them losing another star.

Very courteous staff extremely clean would visit anytime

The rooms have been nice when I've stayed here before, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Definitely will not be staying here again. The are plenty of equally good and cheaper options in the area.

Disgusting. Pictures are edited and they admitted to it. Do not expect to get what you see online for the rooms. They are old and broken; with missing pieces on the window or broken mirror. The people at the front desk do not care and are rude.

The room was very nice and hotel looked very clean and well-kept. When we were in the lobby to check into our hotel, they had to take us all the way into the back of the hotel where there were people in smaller desks. The staff was kinda rude though when one of us lost our shoes, they did not try and help us what-so-ever to find out shoes. They were very angry at us when we also lost our hotel key. The prices are very expensive per night and the food was in very small portions but still very expensive to order/deliver there.

Very nice place but the food is extremely overpriced. Get an uber and go find better food options at better prices. The views (if you get one) are awesome.

Zero stars worst hotel ever from the minute we walked in, room wasn't ready, when we finally got the room it was not what we requested even though we booked way in advance, room we got was dated, dirty, saggy old mattress, bathroom towels were dirty and used, when requested fresh towels took an hour to come, and to end it all the valet dented my car, safe to say I will not be returningg ever, not worth the $400 plus dollars per night

It s a nice hotel, but for the amount you spend you could do better. The clean towels in the room smell so bad. Everything is an upgrade to spend more money. We are a family of four so I had called to get prices on beach extra chair rentals and extra umbrellas. I was told you get 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. And that the additional charge was $5 per chair and $10 for additional umbrella . When we got here I was told you get 2 chairs and NO umbrella. And rentals are 20 dollars each and 35 for each umbrella. That s $75 additional per day on top of a very hefty resort fee!! Also the parking is $50 a night and when we request the car we had to wait over 30 minutes . Not to mention the price of food and all the extra charges added to the bill. Still here for the next 5 days but wish I had booked somewhere else.

We stayed at Eden Roc for a week over 4th of July and it was everything we dreamed of. Chic, modern rooms, beautiful pools and a wonderful beach. The staff was amazing, we can't wait to come back again!

The room was okay but it still needs work the food was great but the only reason i gave it 2 stars is because the pool closes at 8

My place to stay when I got to Miami. 3x so far and always a great experience. They'll fix any issue you have and are pretty lenient with late checkout. Room service is great and the views are magnificent.

An exclusive and very expensive hotel in Miami Beach. One of the most expensive. The hotel has already seen a tooth of time. It was created in the 50's. Located right on the beach. It has a night club and several swimming pools and a large Miami Beach garden. Beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Very tasty cuisine. From the upper floors, a magnificent view of the ocean from one side, the other on the skyscrapers of Miami. Perfect as someone has no budget restrictions. Hotels next to it cost half the price.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend automatically I was upgraded to a suite for no reason and they gave us 6 free drinks. The facility is beautiful and very welcoming. I recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great experience!

We were there during the virus so it was quite empty and service levels were low. Still a good location and nice pools. The clientele was a bit odd even for Miami. A lot of inappropriate swimsuits on fat bodies

I have been to the Miami Beach Eden Roc for numerous stays and this is the first time it happens.This past weekend I stayed with my fiance and 7mths old daughter for my partners birthday. It wasnt a good experience this time around. First, the hallway didn't have a/c (its 100 degrees outside) i stayed in room 1447 ocean view tower. the bathroom was so filthy, mold in the shower including the tub. I couldn't bath my little one and I had to go to the spa bathroom to shower. There was no hand soap or shampoo in the room.The bed sheets had hairs and the baby crib sheets also were in no condition for a baby. when I went to put ice in the bucket the plastic bag smelled moldy and seem like it was not replaced from the previous stay. This stay was not a good one. I love and enjoy this hotel and spa which I always come every year and stay but this time it left a bad taste in my mouth
